Lived up to what we had heard!

I booked Meditrina last minute while sitting on a plane waiting for departure. I am so pleased I did. What a treat. The restaurant is located about a 5-10 minute drive south of Downtown next to the Bees' baseball stadium. It is in a nicely presented standalone building and has a small roadside seating area. We had a reservation, but... More

What a great environment this place has to offer! And the tapas are all delicious. I haven't had one that I did not love! Great wine list. Party atmosphere. You've got to try the drunken oreos!!! I would not suggest bringing kids. Great for friends and groups.

Drew- We went to Medetrina for unlimited tapas Tuesday. We were there right at opening time, so we had our choice of seating-we opted for the lovely patio that runs along West Temple. The patio was a little dirty, although our server informed us that they had just opened it and hadn't thoroughly cleaned it yet. Fine with us! Julia:... More

The menu is always changing with great new selections. However they still keep the old favorites. The pork belly is my pre-desert and can't leave without some drunk Oreos. The service was great. Thank you Sarah.

Had a truly excellent dinner. Not a bad thing on the menu. Octopus was a favorite by far, and the daily bruschetta just about made my companion cry it was so good. You seriously can't go wrong here. A must visit.

This is our "go to" for special occasions. They have a great selection of small plates, made with fresh ingredients, for reasonable prices. There are always daily specials, which have never disappointed. Plates come out as they're ready, not all together. A few favorites are the Mushrooms & Brie, and the Grilled Granny Smith Apples with Arugula when it's in... More

Quaint restaurant, a bit out of the way but well worth the trip! . We had cranberry jalapeño wings, Cajun hot and sour green beans, octopus with Cajun red cabbage, grilled Brussels sprouts with toasted pecans, stuffed dates with chourico, and goat cheese (and balsamic reduction). All the food was phenomenal. Very creative menu, great service!

Came here for the first time last night for the Tuesday night all you can eat tapas. It was excellent. $25 per person. Everything was very good. Pork Belly, Lobster Mac and cheese, stuffed dates, patatas bravas, albondigas, mussels, etc. We also had one of the wine flights. Staff was helpful and friendly. Great local find right by Smith's ballpark.

While not a traditional tapas bar. - Meditrina serves exquisite small plates for a variety of tastes. The pickles are superb as is the octopus and southern falafel. Interesting, out of the way location. Busy and small although worth waiting for especially when it's not too cold outside.
