Wow, what a place to visit. This meal was great. Make sure you share the plates, then you can try so many of the wonderful dishes. The culinary team and service staff work hard to create wonderful food. Enjoy the food here.

My husband and I ate here in December 2014. Although I remember the rest of the meal being very good, what really stood out to us was the squid ink pasta. Sounds a little strange, but it's one of the best dishes I've eaten in a long time. Really flavorful. Next time I'm in SLC, I'll be here again.

Great wine list. Very knowledgable waitstaff - always impressive when they remember everybody's order without writing anything down. Very eclectic menu.

My wife and I went here for breakfast during a snowstorm. She was drawn to the place because of a photo she saw of their Greek yogurt with fruit and honey. That was the first thing she ordered and was a little disappointed. The amount of yogurt was very small there was very little honey and very little flavor. She... More

We were visiting from Florida and it was our first dining experience as a newly engaged couple, and there could not have been a better place. In a time when you sometimes lose faith in the dining industry, Pago reminds you that some people still have the knowledge and passion for the restaurant trade craft. The food was fresh, creative,... The menu at Pago is seasonal and fresh. The chef always sources ingredients that make the dishes exceptional. Pago is always a favorite when in SLC.

Pago is a lovely neighborhood restaurant, and I enjoyed it quite a bit on my first visit. But this time it seemed like the place was just trying too hard (and not quite getting things right). The waiter was too talkative and practically had his finger in the food pointing out the dish's elements. The food had so many different... More

A very good, but small restaurant in the 9th & 9th district which is only a few blocks from downtown -- make a reservation. Four of us dined here last week and it's our new favorite place. We regret not eating here sooner, was our our list, just never made it. All of us enjoyed our vaiouse plates (pork tenderloin,... More

Pagos has a small house, but do a great job managing the flow of their guests. The food is unique and as fresh as you will find in the city. The layout is with an open kitchen for the food voyeurs. When we eat here we prefer to be in the side section in a booth away from the kitchen... More
