Really great food. Amazing flavors. Reasonable prices for fine dining. Three of us went and had apps and meals and weren't disappointed by anything. Highly recommended.

We happened to see this on TripAdvisor, called and got a reservation. We opted to sit on the patio. The waiter was knowledgable and pleasant, very friendly. The food was amazing. From appetizers through dessert everything was unique and delicious. We will be back!

What a gem. The food was great, innovative and tasty. The chef really chooses flavors and textures that complement one another. The wine list was well chosen for the menu items. Our server was fabulous! He knew the menu backwards and forwards and was willing (and able) to field all our questions. We lucked out as walk-ins but the place... More

Just returned home from one of the worst meals I have ever eaten. My husband and I thought we would give this place a try as we live close by. Very sorry we did. Waited over an hour for our meals without a word from our server. My husband's meal was not hot and the flavor was unimpressive. My meal... More

I have cooked pork tenderloins with dozens of rubs and liquid marinades but Pago's Sous-vide with bacon wrapped treatment was sublime. The deconstructed key lime pie was wonderful and SLC's most eclectic wine list was a treat. Start with the small cheese plate and have them match a wine to it.

I've lived in Utah since 1993 and travel quite a bit for work. This is the best overall meal I've had in Utah. We had the chilled soup, smoked beets w bbq (phenomenal), asparagus w mushrooms (awesome), artichokes with farrow (perfectly balanced), sea bass, and bacon wrapped pork loin. This place is great! Bay area quality right here in Utah.... More

Never show a Pago Burger & the fries to a french chef. The ingredients used here are exquisite and would never be used in a burger - But Pago does it. Service was very friendly - Ask for Dave and Johanna. They do excellent recommendations concerning wine and cheese.

This hip, fresh eatery tucked away in the fabulous 9th&9th never disappoints. Fresh farm to table options. The smoked beets are out of this world. Refreshing mimosas, drink specials, good coffee and solid brunch offerings. The location is the best.

Out for a nice walk and breakfast. Ended up at 9th and 9th. Got a latte at Coffee Garden, walked by Pago's, saw it was fairly empty. Decided to eat there. Walked in, asked by the waitress, "do you have reservations?". Strange question for this place's emptiness. (actually we had tried to call earlier to see if crowded, but no... More

We had a Sunday brunch here during a visit to SLC, and were generally pleased with the result. I had the 'dutch baby' pancake, which comes topped with a nice portion of fresh berries. It's not quite a "generous" portion of berries, but enough that you could ration the berries so that each bite had a berry. My pal had... More
