Great farm to table restaurant

This is a small yet good restaurant in Salt Lake. Not walking distance from the center of town so you probably want to drive or get a cab (we used the rental bikes available around town). The staff was friendly and we had a good meal. I had the ricotta ravioli with black pepper.

Came here after hearing about the burger and that was truly heavenly but what was even better were the fries with it. Being from Belgium we hold our fires high, but this were the best we ever had ... ever !!! The burger was super tastefull, the caesar salad was not your regular type but 100 times better. Only down... More

Our waiter always takes exceptional care of us. I believe his name is Jesse or Patrick he is skinny and has a shaved head! The food was great as usual - we are regulars and come every week!

I can't remember the last time I went to a business lunch and enjoyed the food so thoroughly. Every dish was creative and full of flavor. There were three of us who shared different menu items. Each time we took a first bite of a dish our eyes would roll back in our heads. This place is off the charts... More

We are here tonight and had the best culinary experience! We did the chefs sampler menu and it was superb! The whole staff was attentive and very friendly. We would recommend this restaurant to everyone we know.

We enjoyed an early evening meal at Pago. As time went on the restaurant became super busy and many diners crowded the outdoor patio, even on a very hot night. Be sure you make reservations ahead! In addition to the regular summer menu, Pago now offers a tasting menu which tempted me a little....however, we had somewhere we needed to... More

Really fresh farm to table restaurant. Did not expect to find a restaurant this good in Salt a Lake City. Really cool quite vibe. They were happy to accommodate my restrictions and still deliver an excellent meal. The menu is small and the restaurant is small so I recommend both reservations and checking out their menu online before you go.... More

This team pushes the envelope with their food. They take fresh ingredients and prepare them in imaginative ways that delight all of the senses. Just one example. In carrots 4 ways, they made a carrot puree mixed with marscapone and topped it with pickled carrots, crunchy deep fried carrot bits, and raw carrots thinly sliced. Beautiful to look at, smell,... Date Night Food: 8/10 Staff: 8/10 Atmosphere: 8/10 Location: 7/10 Recommendation: Fun spot for a date in a beautiful area of SLC. The food was well executed and brought uncommon flavors the palette. The staff was very knowledgeable of local fish selections and very quick. The atmosphere is was rustic although very small. The location is not where all the... More

We went to Pago's this very rainy morning to get some German Baby Pancakes, arrived at 9:40AM, walked in the door, were told they don't open until 10AM. We asked if we could sit at a table and wait and maybe get some coffee as it was a downpour outside, we were told sorry you have to go to Coffee... More
