Visited the restaurant because it was across the street from my hotel. The experience was a good one from the moment i walked in. The decor is modern and simple, with ample spaces and comfortable ambiance. If you are a novice, ordering might be a challenge but the waiters are knowledgeable and very helpful in guiding you to a good... More

had a great experience here. I'm no sushi expert, but I enjoyed my meal. I had the hamachi tataki which was great, and the angry poet roll which I enjoyed. Everything was fresh and flavorful, without being "overproduced." The service was great also. I sat at the sushi bar and enjoyed observing the chefs at work. I've been trying to... More

Love the Naked Fish... make it a point to eat here every time I'm in town! It's a little pricey, but the quality + service is really worth it to me.

While staying across the street at the Marriott Hotel we attempted to have dinner at Naked Fish just across the street. We called and asked if we would need a reservation and were told to just come in. We arrived about 9:00pm on a Tuesday night and were told that the sushi bar was closed and that we would have... Nice atmosphere and service and very good food, but the prices were higher than expected: $3.25 for one piece of nigiri.

We were a group of colleagues (almost twelve), what gives usually headaches to the waiter. Actually, they proposed us an awesome "pot pourri" of various sushis. Everything was very fresh and excellent. The service was efficient and friendly (thank you Scott). It was a very good evening!

In few words... yes i liked. Do i plan to go back... NO. I went to this place only because i was missing homemade food and was just across the street of my hotel. When i try a new sushi place or japanese restaurant i do ask classic dishes, so in this case i did order 1 pieces of hirame... More

My wife loves sushi, so that when we saw this restaurant, and it was so close to where we were staying, she wanted to try it. Although I can eat sushi, I am not crazy about it, although I love to have the bento dishes and other Japanese cuisine. Well, I am sorry to report that although this place advertises... More

Visited with a friend who had been here the year previously and remembered it was good and authentic. Food was very good. We shared a few plates and they were all good. Only downer was waiter who kept hovering and we felt pressured at every step. To order, to eat, to pay, to leave. Calm the farm man, let us... More

I have tried a lot sushi restaurants and this is the best I have found in Utah. Does not disappoint. Has all the classic rolls as well as several unique rolls you have to try. Also if you are downtown for lunch, you have to try the ramen. This isn't your $.25 Top Ramen, this is the real deal. Most... More
