Great first impression

Stopped here for lunch after a long drive from Seattle. Too early to check in to hotel and all were starving. Great decision! Food is fresh, atmosphere is charming (views of garden are lovely even if the interior could use an update), and service was attentive. I ordered the warm seafood... read more

Husband and I went to celebrate belated Valentines Day. We are greeted by a busy server, that said he is waiting for menu to be available so he walks off like its no big deal and starts ordering at another table. Then this female server comes by and pulls out a menu out of a cabinet and seats us. The... More

From the outside, this restaurant doesn't look particularly impressive but I have been very happy with one particular dish that I continue to enjoy each time I come for breakfast. I can't speak for the rest of the menu because I tried the crab Benedict on my first visit and that dish alone has kept me coming back for more... More

My husband treated me to brunch on Valentines day at comfortable looking restaurant, nestled in the trees. I chose locally caught Dungeness Crab Benedict. Really with a meal like this, there is a take home box the next day. I would have preferred my hash browns with peeled potatoes and grilled, not frozen and grilled. Other than that, my husband... So I ask, what more could a girl ask for? My man took me to Café Garden on the recommendation of a local. We were NOT disappointed. My date had a local beer (Pike's Kilt Lifter) and we split the Grilled Caesar Salad. It was huge and the best Caesar I have ever devoured. Yes, the Romaine was delicately grilled... More

Everything was average. Most items are deep fried and greasy! Not the cafe garden it used to be very disappointing.

As local residents who often eat out at nice local restaurants, Cafe Garden has always been one of our favorites. My husband often eats lunch there. But over the past year or so, the prices on the lunch menu have become unreasonable. It doesn't matter how good the food and service are if you have to mortgage the house to... More

loved the garden. Small but very well done. Service was excellent. Good variety on the menu. Missed the good mushroom appetizer that was on the old menu. They had good choices for gluten free as well as great steaks.

My husband and I just had dinner at The Garden Café... It was Delicious!! We shared the best roasted chicken (available only on their Early Bird menu) that we have ever had at a restaurant. Not to mention the delicious Koby burger we split that was cooked perfectly. EVERYTHING on the plate was fresh. I mean everything!! I had been... More

We were advised to visit this place at least once during our stay in Port Angeles. It should not have been for dinner. I had a warm spinach salad which was well prepared, Hubby had a crab and shrimp melt, unfortunately the melt was not hot when it got to our table and the top of it which was supposed... More
