This is an excellent restaurant for any occasion. The food is delicious and sometimes unique. The ambience can be romantic but is also nice for family or friend gatherings. Michael makes delicious cocktails unlike those experienced elsewhere.

We used to enjoy dining at Michael's. However, our last few meals there have been over priced, very small amounts, and poorly executed. We were very excited about their clambake, but the razor clams were terrible! Tough as shoe leather. When I sent them in exchange for the steamers the steamers were equally bad.

$36 approximately for a small platter that included 1 piece of geoduck, several clam varieties, 1 crab leg and lots of seaweed that added a flavor unliked by one but good to another. Seemed very light on number of clams for the price. Chocolate dessert very good. Would have been great with a sprinkling of raspberries and powdered sugar. Greek... More

The hotel suggested Michael's and we are delighted they did. The server suggested the Paella for two. It was a large portion, we did not need the starters. The Paella was tasty, a little "heat", served in a paella pan, HOT, with crab leg pieces, chicken, mussels, fish...with rice,....was very good The Rioja suggested by the server was right and... More

The atmosphere in the basement dining room reminded me of an old-time steakhouse. We had salmon and halibut. Both were very good. Not an inexpensive meal, but not overpriced, either. Easy to pass by, so be sure of the address.

We were directed to this restaurant by our hotel after we requested, "good, local seafood"! We walked the 4 blocks and were impressed with our find. The restaurant is located in the basement of a likely heritage building. Our hostess/waitress was very pleasant. We ordered and my choice was the fresh halibut of the day. We choice a good cab-sauv from... More

My husband and I were so pleased with our first dinner (a mixture of small plates) at Michael's that we ate there again our second night in Port Angeles (after a long day driving around the park). The second night I had the pan fried oyster dinner, and it was great. My husband had a halibut special, and he was... More

My husband & I enjoyed the Lobster entree & the fresh veggies that came with it. The sirloin served with it is top quality and excellent flavor. All their steak sauces are homemade. The lobster was delicious and the taste is amazing! The bread they serve with the meal is amazing & a nice romantic atmosphere. Even though the bread... More

We (hubby and I) had a great time having dinner there. We shared a dinner for two meal ($25) because it was the most reasonably priced Item on the menu. The meal consisted of a roast chicken, potatoes, and roasted veggies. Also, a small serving of ice cream came with it. Everything was great. The staff and atmosphere was delightful.

I enjoyed the pizza, and my husband had a really nice gluten free entree. The food was well made. The place definitely has a fancy feel.
