First time here and it was great little place in Port Angles on a Sunday. Not many choices in the winter and this was delicious. The Tomato Bisque soup was thick and full of flavor. The Mac and Cheese had lots of cheese and taste. Also had the special of the day a roast beef sandwich which was very good. They... More

We ate here on a Friday evening, maybe 5:30 or 6 p.m. As all the tables were full we chose to eat at the bar. As we were not extremely hungry we got small meals. I had a beef/barley soup which was very good and a caesar salad. My spouse had a panini w/ chicken added, also very good. The... More

I was in town for work and happened upon this place for lunch with some co-workers. We all had burgers and everyone was very pleased. My burger had Brie, fig jam, bacon, arugula, and a spicy mustard and it was delicious. The burgers were actually cooked to the temperature everyone ordered and the service was quick. It was a little... More

We stopped in after snowshoeing at Hurricane Ridge on a Saturday. We waited about 20 minutes for a table for two. I had the crabcake sandwich with regular fries and my sweetheart had a burger with onion rings. We were both very happy with the quality and price of our meals. And our server was a young girl who was... More

Our second visit to the Gastro Pub and we were as pleased this time as last. Same issues but more about that later. As usual we intended to share our meal. This means we have to be realistic about what the other will eat. We surprised each other and agreed on the Nutty Professor. Thick cut bacon, Tillamook cheddar, spicy pickles... More

Good food. Many choices. Lot of vegetarian options. Very popular so expect a wait, but well worth it.

Fresh natural food. Nice presentation. Friendly staff. Great beer variety. I understand they have live music on the weekends.

When friends from out of town would ask me where to go to eat I used to tell them Port Townsend. Don't have to do that anymore! Best food in town by a mile

It's a run of the mill pub with a lot of young singles eating and drinking and having a good time. We had dinner here and enjoyed flavorful crab cakes, fish tacos, and salad. Everything was good, not great, but on a par with ordinary pub food. The beer and wine were excellent-- lots of good beer on tap. The... More
