Good but a little spendy for a pub

It seems well run with a winning formula; Good beer selection with good food, it's just a bit more spendy than you'd find elswhere. It likely qualifies as the "trendiest, coolest place in town" and tends to stay busy. If that's what your looking for, enjoy, there it is. If you're turned off by a... read more

Food is diverse and everything is delicious. Love the atmosphere, especially during football season when nearly everyone in the place is enjoying great food and a football game. A casual, comfortable environment with the perfect food to match.

This is second time we visited when we were in the area. The atmosphere was energetic if noisy. Still no problem hearing my friends. I had a salad with the freshest greens I've had in a long time. We shared a bowl of fries and everyone loved them topped with bacon. Lots of beers on tap. Service was slow but... More

We ate here in August of 2013...yes I know I'm very late writing the review...but the meal I had has stuck in my mind, so I decided that I needed to locate the restaurant and leave a review. I had the BYO Mac and Cheese with Dungeness Crab and Bacon and it was one of the best things I've ever... More

First time here and it was great little place in Port Angles on a Sunday. Not many choices in the winter and this was delicious. The Tomato Bisque soup was thick and full of flavor. The Mac and Cheese had lots of cheese and taste. Also had the special of the day a roast beef sandwich which was very good. They... More

We ate here on a Friday evening, maybe 5:30 or 6 p.m. As all the tables were full we chose to eat at the bar. As we were not extremely hungry we got small meals. I had a beef/barley soup which was very good and a caesar salad. My spouse had a panini w/ chicken added, also very good. The... More

I was in town for work and happened upon this place for lunch with some co-workers. We all had burgers and everyone was very pleased. My burger had Brie, fig jam, bacon, arugula, and a spicy mustard and it was delicious. The burgers were actually cooked to the temperature everyone ordered and the service was quick. It was a little... More

We stopped in after snowshoeing at Hurricane Ridge on a Saturday. We waited about 20 minutes for a table for two. I had the crabcake sandwich with regular fries and my sweetheart had a burger with onion rings. We were both very happy with the quality and price of our meals. And our server was a young girl who was... More

Our second visit to the Gastro Pub and we were as pleased this time as last. Same issues but more about that later. As usual we intended to share our meal. This means we have to be realistic about what the other will eat. We surprised each other and agreed on the Nutty Professor. Thick cut bacon, Tillamook cheddar, spicy pickles... More

Good food. Many choices. Lot of vegetarian options. Very popular so expect a wait, but well worth it.
