We visit Port Townsend quite often but this time we decided to head on up to Port Angeles for dinner and we were so glad we did. We checked on TA for our choices and my husband picked the Woodfired Grill. It is not located down near the water but if you have a clear day and want to sit... More

Looking for fresh halibut,we had several options in this small town. We had the most wonderful meal, service, atmosphere and halibut here. We walked right in on a Sat night, seated and tended to right away. The place is small,so I can see where you could wait if it was full. The seafood was wonderful....fresh and flavorful. My husband had the... More

Loved the specially featured halibut and the blackberry/raspberry crisp. They have an outdoor area that looked nice. Great atmosphere and good drink options.

My family enjoyed our dinner here on August 12th. The wait staff was very attentive, but although it was not very crowded the kitchen took over 40 minutes once our order was placed. Our meals ranged from seafood sampler to the steak sirloin special to the seafood pasta to the chicken. All dishes were good. The risotto served with the... More

Great food, great service, quaint location in an old house. Conveniently located right next door to Sabai Thai restaurant. The food was a little pricey but we were impressed.

In short, it's my favorite place to go on the Olympic Peninsula. Denny (owner/chef) takes a lot of pride in his dishes and it shows. Personal favorite is the ribs. No need for messy fingers, meat falls off. I've been several times, never disappointed. Love the outdoor fire pits too. -Paul

7/28/2014 We happened to stumble upon this place from a recommendation from a B&B. Not knowing what to expect, my party and I were pleasantly surprised. The waitress that evening ( sorry forgot her name) was great. Accommodating, knowledgeable about the menu, beers and wines they served. As far as the food. Everyone enjoyed there dish thoroughly. My ribs were... More

OK halibut served on sour champagne risotto. I was really looking forward to the dungeness crab mac and cheese--bummer :-( There were a few shreds of crab in a ridiculously rich cheese sauce. At the $20 price tag, I expect to be able to identify some chunks of crab. The service was very pleasant but very slow, they sent a... More

We were in Port Angeles to spend the night before heading to Victoria on Saturday. Taking my Mom for her 80th birthday. Made a reservation and Dave called me back to check in. They gave us our own private room, there were eight of us, and it was really nice. The staff were wonderful and the food amazing. Mom was... More

We enjoyed the service, atmosphere, and food at this restaurant in July, 2014. We shared the wood fired clams in a savory broth and the plank of salmon, halibut, shrimp, and juicy scallops, washed down with ice cold beer. They do a great job with fish and seafood, but the menu offers good variety. We have been visiting Port Angeles... More
