Horrible service. We waited one hour & our food still did not come. And, they served the tourists before other customers. I guess they don't want or need other business.

Bit pricey and service can be slow. They tend to favor the Japanese tourists over the non Japanese its obvious with the difference in chop sticks provided, the Japanese get the real ones and everyone else gets the cheap throwaways. I Had the Karage chicken which was ok.

I chose this restaurant because it was walking distance from the hotel and saw it on the tourist channel on the hotel tv. It is decorated like you are under the sea with blue walls, painted fish, a dolphin in the middle of the table. But around the corner is a traditional Japanese seating area, where folks would sit on... More

Sushi rice has no flavor, soba was not fresh and has no flavor, the service is extremely slow, I had to wait 10 minutes for some ginger, the sushi roll was so so, and the fresh oysters was not that fresh. The experience overall was probably a 3put of 10, extremely disappointed, what a waste of time and money, I... More

Good kitchen, but very expensive. Menu as a whole not bad, wide choice of Japanese dishes. It is a lot of Japanese, always there are a lot of guests

I had the seafood plate with shrimps. Shrimps was not peel. Shrimps shells are not good for eating. These shells were unpeeled. Chopstick was breaked and they are not good for eating.

Kinpachi has been around for a long time. I have never, over the course of the last 30 years, had a single bad meal there. There food in fact is delicious. It's great Japanese fare. You can sit on traditional Japanese style tables (cross legged), or at western style tables. The service is always friendly. There is a good collection... More

This is a older traditional type restaurant that offers a lot of Japanese food. Living in Japan, this isn't real authentic Japanese food but it is good. Prices are very cheap compared to what you would have to pay in the hotels. We ate here every morning during our stay. This was our first time to Saipan and Garapan is... More

I went to this restaurant with some dive customers on the recommendation of a friend. This restaurant traditionally caters to Japanese tourists. I ordered a Seafood BBQ plate and gyoza, which both should have been very easy and quick to prepare. They were not busy at all when we got there, but slowly got busier as we waited. The Japanese...
