Stopped at Shenanigan's for lunch in Garapan, Saipan. The restaurant is located on the main road (Beach Road) near the Galleria. There was a nice selection of sandwiches and burgers and the portions were large. It was not inexpensive for lunch (about $35-40 for two) but the food was good, the choice more than adequate, and the service quick (you... More

Not too shabby. Tried two of their pastas and it was very good. They're sandwiches and burgers were delish too. Good portion and very satisfying. I would go back again.

One of the best places to try if you are craving pasta! I've eaten there probably more than 10 times. Service has always been great, waitresses are very friendly. They also have different menus in different languages, which is really helpful for tourists. Definitely try the Honey Chipotle BBQ burger! They have a wide range of foods from burgers, pastas,... Tried this place for the first time on a Saturday night and first found it strange that at 7:00pm place was relatively empty with only a few tables occupied and only a few more filled by the time we left at 8:00pm. Strange because we found the food to be excellent. The two entree's we had - the seafood combo... More

I was there once, that I ordered all was similar on a klester. The digested paste, tasteless salads and sauces to them. Poor interior. It isn't clear as it called restaurant and as it can be pleasant to inhabitants of Saipan

Been here twice and I'm liking it. First was dinner in December it was holiday season so they have this decorations that makes the mood differently (of course that's my opinion). The food were great and reasonable price. And this morning had breakfast although the atmosphere is different day & night, it still feels good. Staff is nice they would... More

Have lived in Saipan for sixteen years and this is the best restaurant on island. California eclectic might be a good description. Excellent pastas, wraps and seafood. The deserts are best I've had anywhere. That chocolate thing is truly sinful. Great Apple Strudel. Nice ambiance. Highly recommend. Conveniently located near the best shopping in Garapan.

By far the best food in Saipan. Family and I have eaten here many times and it is well worth the higher dollar for the good food. Try the chicken wrap! Quite tasty.

The service is gracious and friendly. The food is well made and well presented, and they have a complete coffee and frappe menu. they also have a vegetarian menu as well as excellent daily lunch specials which include soup or salad, and foccacia bread.
