This is a great place to visit on New Bedford's charming waterfront. We shared the big sellers, as recommended by our server. The scallops were great but the sauce and... More

I've recently returned to Cork after a 5 year hiatus. It was my birthday and we stopped in for a flight of wine and an appetizer. That was January 18th! We enjoyed it so much we have been back 3 times! The scallops are the best I have ever had. And I really enjoy the flights of wine, it's a... More

While returning to my hometown I realized I never really had the chance to really explore all the great dining experiences that New Bedford has to offer downtown. I took my mother to Cork. We enjoyed a bottle of wine, the Goat Cheese Crostini, Pan Seared New Bedford Scallops, Truffled Fritas and followed with a light dessert. It was a... More

we called in by chance on a weekday lunch. When we arrived there was nobody else to be seen. But a lady appeared and showed us to a table, the service was very disjointed, drinks took ages, ordering the food was interrupted by other diners coming in. The food itself was o.k., but was strange that in nearly empty restaurant... More

Came here looking for some local farm fresh food. Ordered a fruit and Cheese tray that was drizzled with a cranberry infused honey, mmmmm. Also had a bottle of champagne that my husband I enjoyed. The server was very nice, she was very attentive, if she saw glass empty she would come and fill it. Manager was present and walked... More

We only had drinks there. Staff seemed a bit overworked. Were not attentive at all. I was never asked if I wanted more than one drink nor were we asked if we wanted food. The one drink I had was fine, but nothing to write home about.

Went to New Bedford on a whim and were looking for a great place to eat. Read through many reviews on Trip Advisor and finallly settled on Cork Wine and Tappas. Made a reservation for 7:30 but arrived early. The hostess sat us at a table right away and explained that there would be a jazz band playing later in... More

On a recent Saturday night, four of us went to the Cork. Wine & Tapas restaurant for the first time. I had seen the reviews and a short video review of this restaurant by the Phantom Gourmet and was intrigued. We were not let down at all, as both the service and food were very very good. Some of the... More

The hostess was clueless empty tables on a Saturday night wait 20 min. but we were seated in 2. There was only 1 menu she would return with another we never saw her again. Our waitress appeared 15 min. later to take our drink order and returned 20 min later with our drinks a soda and an iced tea, and... More
