This place does not look promising from the outside, however looks can be deceiving. I have never had a bad meal yet. The half chicken with fries and rice for $6.99 is the best deal and it is awesome. The chicken Mozambique has a rich flavourful sauce and is awesome with there round chips! Great place!

The food here is the best. Not a ton of choices, but beyond amazing. The half or whole chicken is fantastic. The steak sandwiches with peppers and onions are great. The shrimp is so yummy. This is a family favorite. I will say that it is better as take out. It's a very small restaurant and the staff isn't always... More

I've eaten here dozens of times. For the first-time visitor, you HAVE to order the 1/2 chicken, which you will see grilling on the rotisserie. Many uniquely Portuguese dishes here, all of which are delicious. Just don't expect fancy.

This restaurant is best known for it's barbecued chicken, and rightfully so. Make sure you ask for the hot sauce to go with it. They serve almost everything with fries and rice, but you can ask for salad or boiled potatoes. Because so many locals come in, the place more often seems like you are in the Azores instead of... A great little hole in the wall!! Not the best neighborhood. The chicken has a great smoky flavor you cannot find anywhere else. It costs around ten dollars for a huge plate of food. Only complaint I would have was the waitress was not to great. Forgot our drinks and ignored us for the most part.

This place is really a store front in a part of the city that is in need of fixing up. When we drove by we were not sure if we should go there but was told it was really better inside. It has a small warm friendly dining room that caters to many locals. If you want delicious barbecued chicken... More

I returned here for the second time with my Mom and a friend. We each had something different however we all had one of the authentic dishes with the help of the waitress. I had the steak shush kabob which was honestly a 9 out of 10. My mom had a muscles in red sauce dish and my friend had... More

I was brought here by some locals for lunch. Parked right out front, seated right away and the waitress was very friendly. We ordered the"family style" chicken with rice and french fries . All portions were generous and very tasty. The bill for five of us was just under $60. I highly recommend this place. Seemingly decorated by local preschool... More

We wnt to this very small family run restaurant early on a Saturday evening andit was packed. Fortunately we had called ahead because we were a party of 8. The service is excellent, the waitstaff is friendly and very helpful. They answered many questions and went out of their way when one in our party had a special request. The... More

This restaurant is very down to earth and funky, with lots of interesting decor on the walls. The owner/waitress explained the menu and was very friendly. Like everyone has said, the chicken was fantastic and the sauce was tasty and spicy. We also had the tuna special which was coated with a sauce, it was good but probably not the... More
