Finally, a restaurant on Maui that has it all. Beautiful views, incredible flavors, stunning decor and a menu that makes you want to go back for more. Although it is easy to find some excellent dining experiences on Maui, I can only have so much "pacific rim". Thank you, Joe's, for finally bringing diversity and doing it with excellence! I... This place is so much fun. The food was nothing short of amazing. The cocktails were very inventive and delicious. Service was great, from the bartender to the table. Wailea needed a place like this.

Unusual location and hard to find, but WOW. This restaurant use to be Joe's Bar & Grill and doesn't look like some of the photos anymore. New Chef Owner who apparently was the Chef of Four Seasons. New Latin Cuisine with local ingredients, this restaurant is in the wrong place because if it was in LA or SF you wouldn't... More

As soon as I walked in I knew I had found what I was looking for, it was the smells of Latin America coming from the kitchen filling the restaurant. It reminded me of my grandmother cooking dinner at home from scratch. I then took my first bite of the mixto ceviche and I knew I had found a new... More

Joe's Nuevo Latino has quickly become my favorite new restaurant! This is where I go for drinks after work, take new friends, and recently enjoyed an amazing coursed dinner and wine with family to celebrate a birthday. Every time I try a new dish it becomes my favorite; the Lengua, the octopus salad, and the Mixto Seviche to name a... More

I am really shocked at some of the great ratings for this restaurant. I wonder if they went to the same place I did? Or are they friends of the new management team. I am a local and everyone I have talked to about this place said they will never go back unless something changes. Food was good (not great)... More

Strange location in the Wailea Tennis Center with parking above the restaurant on the street. Excellent sunset views and Happy Hour worth a visit. Fun Latin Cuisine, everything fresh and delicious. Lots of beverage choices, a definite destination for Tequila Drinkers. Fun open air atmosphere( they even play old westerns on the wall) currently a new restaurant so not too... More

New sunset drink and tapas menus. We were so happy to have stopped in. Two of the best cocktails we've had in a week. Opted for the more unique appetizers of beef tongue and skewered octopus. The flavors and textures were off the chart good. I cannot wait to return as the happy hour starts up again at 9.

This restaurant has lots of possibilities...a nice atmosphere, some good dishes and friendly staff, but it is definitely average right now. There are not a lot of menu choices, and our vegetarian friends found slim pickings. For appetizers, the ceviche was OK and the shrimp was delicious. My steak entree was very good, but my husbands chicken dish was undercooked... More
