Excellent Food but Pricey!

We ate here twice and the food was definitely delicious. The staff are very accommodating and there is even a vegetarian menu if you ask for it. Would have been 5 stars but honestly, just way to pricey.

We chose Spago for our very special anniversary dinner and were not disappointed. The manager and servers made us feel like honored guests. Many dishes are locally sourced and fresh as you would imagine. We had a romantic table for two with a stunning view of the sunset over the open ocean. If you appreciate fine dining, put this on... We dined at Spago last night and we were not impressed. Although we have eaten at Spago in Beverly Hills and love everything about the restaurant, the meal here was extremely expensive and modestly tasty. The service was excellent, however. In the end, the meal was just so-so and certainly not worth what it cost.

As a party of 11, 8:30 at night in Wailea -- The service was amazing, I cannot recall the name of the lead server (Steven?), but everyone was at their best. We started with Ahi Cones, and Angus Beef as an appetizer. Everyone's meals were delicious; the atmosphere was beautiful. A fantastic dining experience!

We ate here on the last night of our honeymoon, and we certainly didn't go wrong. Top notch service and food from beginning to end, and the sunset we watched during dinner from our table was breathtaking, to say the least.

We only had breakfast at this restaurant. We were with a group so enjoyed a lovely buffet of so many wonderful foods, fresh fruit, made-to-order omelets, bacon, Portuguese sausage, scrambled eggs, hot and cold cereal, yogurt, bagels, toast, many different spreads (like macadamia nut butter) and sauces, tropical juices, pastries, too much to list everything.

We remembered the Four Seasons very fondly from a previous trip but this is a new restaurant for us. The same wonderful atmosphere. We were a party of four, arrived early for our reservation but were immediately seated. Perfect location facing the sunset. From the hand chipped rock in husband's bourbon to the awesome ice cream trio, everything was perfect,... More

Spago is the most “high end” of the restaurants in the Four Seasons in Maui and it offers top notch food, wine, service and views. We enjoyed it thoroughly! Many excellent food and wine choices, very attentive service, upscale though relaxed ambience. Highly recommended!

Sunset happened around 645 so we made our reservations for 6pm- ask for a table close to the edge. There menu changes daily- but we had mahi mahi and a steak. The coconut cheesecake was excellent also! Top notch service
