They know what they're doing and they do it really well. Seemless again. The parmesan flatbread, don't miss it. I'm on a no-carb diet but that was an exception. Ahi miso cones I could eat endlessly. The Assistant Manager Charity personally greeted us. We had the 22oz bone in New York. The red wine reduction here is one of the... More

Sensational views especially at sunset, great cocktails, but let down by above average food. Had teenagers with us who enjoyed it as well.

Wonderful duck, lamb chops and delicious appetizers. I love the original in Beverly Hills, and this satellite located at the 4 seasons is superb as well.

It's nice to see that Spago Maui still delivers fantastic food and excellent service. The amazing ocean view never gets old. We'll be back.

We ate here our first night staying at the Four Seasons. The food was delicious and the service as top notch, probably the best we had at any meal our entire trip. It is a bit pricier and definitely more formal than Ferrano's, but the food is amazing. I highly recommend it if you're interested in having a quality meal... More

More formal than Ferraros. Great food. Service was standout and really felt we had had a special celebratory meal. Would most certainly eat here again.

Be prepared to wait a long time for your food - we waited for 80 minutes, and then we were informed that it was part of the experience. That's what they call these days a restaurant not being able to handle a full house? At Spago's level, one would expect a different "experience". No "I'm sorry" from the manager or... More

We stayed at the Four Seasons for our honeymoon. We were in Maui for 9 nights. Of those nine nights, we ate at Spago 6 times! We loved it. They have the freshest fish that is caught daily and the food is such high quality and delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant!

We have dined here numerous times and each meal gets better. Location is A+ and the service is A++. It can be an expensive meal but well worth the investment for the top shelf experience! Absolute must if staying in Wailea.
