This place has a great feel inside and out - nice patio and interior decor - friendly service all around and really great food. We both had the village salad with a side of chicken (came out on a skewer) and everything was awesome - fresh ingredients and grilled chicken was juicy - their mango ice tea is also good... More

I would say it's possibly a 3.5. I got a take out as was e exhausted (from travelling the road to hana and the pipiwei trails!) It was good and definitely satisfied my hunger. I would visit again with a bit more time and patience!

The service in this restaurant is a disaster, poorly organized and clearly mismanaged. There are more than enough servers who are walking too quickly hither an thither but my glass of wine still sits on the bar as they all walk past it without bringing it to my table ("It's not my job" or "It's not my table" and "I... Pure chance brought me to Pita in Paradise but you should go on purpose! Stopped there after watching an amazing sunset on Big beach and was looking for casual but nice dinner. Found it and more. Wonderful friendly wait staff and Mike was always there when we needed anything. You can tell the staff was well trained and worked well... More

Very reasonable prices for Hawaii, and the fish is fresher than most. Service was irregular, with the server forgetting to give us our salad prior to dinner and refill water, etc.

The original Pita Paradise in Kihei was one of our favorite places for fresh fish. Since they have closed we tried the newer, more upscale Wailea version for lunch. Their specialities are fish, lamb and chicken. Our old stand-by was Johnny's Catch--fresh fish caught that owning and served in a homemade pita bread (moist, not the dry stuff) sandwich with... More

Great place with lots of options. They had a wide variety of food including vegan and vegetarian options. I would recommend anyone in the area to go there at least once.

Our waitress was awesome! She was so friendly and very knowledgeable about the menu. She went out of her way to make our meal great. The food came out very quickly. It was delicious and so filling.

A solid first meal set the tone for the rest of the trip. Tasty food, fish special was good, as well as chicken kebobs. Portions weren't huge, as some have said, but other than that, no complaints.

This is the place to go if one likes lamb. Lamb kebabs, lamb salad, lamb pasta, and lamb gnocchi are offered on the menu. The fish is super fresh because it is caught by the owner.
