Saw this place listed in a guide book and were very pleased with it - worth tracking down! The waiters are very helpful and the atmosphere great. The whole town is very good as well

The place is cosy and the service very professional. The food was nice and portions generous. It was a fresh night (a bit colder than we thought!) and they were nice enough to change out table before we place the orders with no issue.

We were visiting Cienfuegos on a ship and had read about Ache on Tripadvisor. I think it was well described: a little off the beaten track, warm and welcoming, comfortable. We got there midday and there were just a few diners. We were seated promptly at a table of our choice. The waiters were all dressed alike. We ordered drinks... More

Nice little place in the middle of Cienfuegos. The food is good and the staff is friendly. Don't forget to order the banana chips!

Definitely the best meal we had in Cuba! The restaurant is a little off the beaten track, but well worth the effort to find it. Our waiter, Castillo, recommended the day's special, grilled fish, and the "best" mojitos in Cuba. With out a doubt, the fish (described as "like snapper") was delicious, as were the sides of salad, banana chips... More

This restaurant impressed us very much although the street of it's location will not impress you much. The service is impeccable and the food is incredibly fresh and tasty. Try the fish of the day and definitely try their Mojito because it's the 2nd best we've tried after the one at Hotel Nacional in Havana. Paladar Ache is one of... More

We were in Cienfuegos for a few days and saw this restaurant on Tripadvisor. A group of 12 of us went there for dinner. This was possibly the best meal we had in Cuba. The service was outstanding. I was told that they made the best Mojito in Cuba so I tried one. They were correct -all the ones I... More

We had our best shrimp dish here and one of the best mojitos as well. Also the lobster is very good. The service is great and everybody speaks English - special thanks go to Jack and Evelio for professional yet fun service and good salsa tips! It might be a bit of a walk from the center and maybe a... More
