This place was a real surprise!!!! (in a good way) Quite small and not too noticeable from outside really (but I mean really) surprised me!!!! The service was at the very high level! We ordered 3 different meals and we got it in less than 10 minutes. I have to mentioned - this place is NOT a "fast food" kind... More

Great little restaurant located downtown Wiarton, Ontario - like the option to substitute the fries for their wonderful fruit salad - very delicious.

Fabulous food loved every bite! Would definitely go back! Cute little cafe with modern decor. Waitress was courteous but not super chatty or friendly.

Small restaurant that can fill quickly at dinner time in summer. They do turn the tables pretty fast so your wait may not be long. Quality of food was very good. My friend has the burger and said it was one of the best. Menu is a little sparse if you want a meal. Lots of sandwich and wraps. Caution.... More

The Green Door Cafe was recommended to us by the travel information center by the water. Although we came in unknowingly at 2:50pm and the cafe closed at 3pm, the lady managing was kind enough not to say anything (though the patrons said it for her). When we noticed this we offered to go elsewhere but the lady was extremely... More

The food and pricing were excellent. Our server could have been a bit more friendly or at least smile.

This is a real Gem. The staff are very nice, the place is very clean, and the food is GREAT! The menu is not the usual small town fare. I would highly recommend this restaurant as a must visit. The price point is VERY competetive with very well presented meals, and portions. What a great place to stop off on... More

My husband and I an early Dinner at the Green Door last evening. My husband could not rave enough about the Whitefish Dinner. The Wrap was filled to the brim with tender chicken & fresh cheese & greens. Everyone was excellent, and the service always delightful by Melissa.

We were in Wiarton hiking the Bruce Trail and decided to go out to dinner on the Saturday night. After reading some reviews, we decided to try the Green Door Cafe'. I had the lightly fried local whitefish with vegetables and I loved it. My hiking buddies had the lamb burger and that was good, too. Prices were reasonable but... More
