Joey's

At least once a month, usually on an 'All you can eat' Tuesday my husband and I will go to Joey's. There is usually a line-up to get in but worth the wait (they have a bench to sit on even while you wait). The food is hot, fresh and delicious. The staff are very friendly and some have been... read more

Joey's Spruce Grove is a franchise operated by a community minded family. The quality is always great and the service is friendly.

If you're looking for a great fish dinner, this is your place! Fresh (as can be in landlocked Alberta) never greasy. Service is fantastic. I highly recommend the fish tacos, go on a Thursday night, and it's all you can eat tacos, Tuesday nights are all you can eat fish.

I have been at this restaurant many times. It is OK. Service is usually good. It is an average experience. Many years ago they had fried oysters which I loved but didn't see it on the menu for a long time. Small restaurant. Fish and chips are always good.

I have eaten here many times. I have never been disappointed. Shrimp dinner followed by mud pie is my favourite.

We went here for dinner and the food was really nice. Just watch out if they get busy they don't seem to have enough serving staff and tempers get frayed. We heard bickering between servers and kitchen staff twice when we were there and it kind of felt uneasy.

Add this one to the long list off corrupted businesses in Spruce Grove. The only difference....the staff are white.

I have been coming here for years. We always enjoy the food here. The best place to get seafood in Spruce Grove. The portions are great, and the staff are always so friendly. The restaurant could use a bit of a makeover with their decorations but we love coming here and will continue to visit for years to come.

Had a calamari to start and it was the best I've ever had. Very crispy on the outside and tender inside. My entree was 3 pieces of halibut and it fabulous! Very crispy, tasty and right size portions! I'd go back again!

Greasy, small fish, frozen chips, small portions. Halibut was terrible - triangle pieces, small and you could tell it was frozen fish. Staff just want you in and out quick. I'll stick with Docherty's.
