We had a fantastic dinner experience at Magnolia Grill with our family (children ranging in age from 6 - 13). The menu has a wide range of options and they do have a good children's menu. The view of the River and the bridge to Louisiana is phenomenal. We were treated to a breathtaking sunset. Dinner was a crowd pleaser... More

As other reviews state, you do have a great view of the river. That's about all I have to say about the place. After we sat down, ordered our tea, we waited and waited. The prices are high, parking is tight. We never did get our drinks. Finally just walked out. I wouldn't bother. Too many other places to eat.

Chose to stop here based on the reviews of local cuisine and riverside dining. Unfortunately, although by the river the dining area didn't really offer much of a view or riverside feel. The staff was friendly but it was very slow service and the food took a long time which would have been ok if it had been worth the... More

I dine at the Magnolia Grill a couple of times a year when I'm in town. There is usually a phenomenal fish special of the day when I'm there. It varies, of course, but it is always really delicious. A family-owned and operated business, the Magnolia Grill is hands-down one of my favorite places to eat and always completes my... More

A large group of us had dinner at Magnolia Grill while visiting Natchez for the 4th of July. The place was busy but service was still great. The Fried Green Tomatoes were some of the best I've ever had and the Spinach Artichoke Dip was very creamy and tasty but I have to say the Bayou Egg rolls stole the... More

Service was a little slow, but we should not always be in a hurry. Eating on the river is one of my favorite things. I also appreciate "freshly" made food which takes a little time. I highly recommend the portobello sandwich.

Natchez under the Hill is a great place to visit for the history, especially after going to Rosalie (so go there first). However, Magnolia's food was average and I had to chase down my waitress for my ticket.

Service was good and so was the food. The fried green tomatoes were good but too smothered in sauce for my liking. The catfish was cooked well and wasn't dry.

Nice place "under the hill." Service was slow because it was crowded. Food was good, but I felt it was overpriced.

My wife and I arrived with another couple for dinner on a Friday evening around 7:00p.m. After we were told it would be about a 45 minute wait, we looked for a place to sit. There was a bar with limited seating, but none available. We were directed out a rear door to a wooden bench to wait…after a couple... More
