Fun

Always wanted to stop but never timed it right. Very friendly service. Enjoyed the blueberry lemonade. Fresh sandwiches arrived quite quick & bread was tender tasty. I ordered lemon meringue pie...nothing special. Mammy needs a paint job outside...hate the pink color she now sports!

We stopped here purely for the kitsch factor and because it's considered a roadside attraction (and because it's been mentioned in Southern Living). I couldn't find a menu online so I wasn't sure what to expect. Expect sandwiches, soup, pie and cornbread. Expect lunch (it closes at 2ish). Expect something your grandmother probably would have made you for lunch. This... More

I just love going here. It is home style cooking with fantastic desserts. I would recommend Mammy's to everyone, and have!

Stopped I here based on some previous reviews hoping for a tasty lunch and desert, what we got was overcharged for water, sandwiches, and a pile of whipped cream. The only good part of the $10 sandwiches was the bread. The meat might as well have been from the Walmart deli counter (and it might actually have been) and the... More

We originally set out to eat at Mammy's simply because how can one pass up eating at such a wonderfully bizarre place. When our food arrived we were pleasantly surprised at the quality! The curry chicken salad sandwich was tasty and on homemade bread. My husband fell in love with their Mexican cornbread. And while the multitude of desserts looked... More

What happened to the homemade pie crust??? For years the pies featured homemade pastry. The past few visits (which haven't been recent) featured ready made crust for MC's pies. Big let down! Vegetable soup is basically warmed up tomato juice (V8)? with Veg All. Tablespoon of potato salad is bland and tasteless.

Don't let the touristy building fool you. This is a good lunch spot for a reasonable price. They served us sandwiches on homemade bread. Everything was great. The service was friendly and quick.

We have eaten here several times. Blue-plate specials etc. The service is warm and welcoming. What we like are the pies.

Mammy's is just one of those signature restaurants with consistently great food. They serve their sandwiches on homemade sour dough bread and I highly recommend the roast beef dressed with horseradish sauce. The vegetable soup is the perfect side dish any time of the year! A must dining experience if you're in Natchez.
