This place is recommended in reviews. We were looking for a cold adult beverage and a sandwich for dinner. Service was average, menu was average. Food was just average, Sysco food heated up on site. We would suggest it but would suggest you not make this your "hit spot' in Natchez. Natchez has many great places to eat at various... more

We were in Natchez for the Balloon Race Nov 16-19 2008. We ate twice at Biscuits & Blues. The daily lunch specials are excellent along with the price during the week. We returned on Saturday for a second meal and enjoyed a great lunch again. Highly recommend it. Staff were polite and service was the best we had all weekend. more

Okay, first the good parts. Great venue to see national and local Blues acts, with some darn good food. Really everything I wanted from the music and menu. The problem? EXPENSIVE! Okay, Dinner for two wasn't too bad, but the fact that they still have a two drink minimum, and STILL charge a $15 per person cover charge is outrageous.... more

I give it a 4/5 instead of 5 only because the biscuits are so very small and therefore not worth the $3.95. They're not bad tasting, just too small. The food was wonderful. We got 2 poboys and barbecue ribs and chicken. Altogether it was $33. The employees are very nice, I'd just skip the biscuits. more

Me and my two friends went here to eat lunch on a Saturday afternoon in early June. We had heard about their biscuits and were looking forward to pigging out on some good southern style biscuits. We ordered salads and three different appetizers which one was the "basket of biscuits" listed on the menu. When we got the basket of... more

We went to dinner early in the evening. The food was great. Fried oysters were very fresh. I would recommend skipping the chocolate bread pudding. Atmosphere was pleasant although a bit noisy. more

My husband and I ended up here on a Saturday night, after being treated rudely at Bowies Tavern. I am so glad we did, it was the best meal we had in our three day visit of Natchez. The food was delicious and the beer was cold. The music was good. One guy and a guitar, he did some good... more

This is a restaurant in a bar. Our visit was the night of a group party, which made the environment louder than normal. The guitar player/singer was often drowned out by the partygoers. And, the guitar player/singer was a much better player than singer. The barbeque combo was tasty - however not to die for. The complicated eggplant/shrimp/oyster dish was... more

For weeks, I had this trip planned with my wife and son to take my Mother-in-Law to Natchez for her birthday to tour some of my favorite antebellum homes. Upon telling my neighbor about the trip, he said, "you must go to Biscuits & Blues to eat. You'll love the biscuits and red beans and rice". About 12:25 P.M., after... more
