Our waitress seemed to be distracted by a table of about 20 guys next us! Did not get our salad. Baked potato was cold had to ask for butter and sour cream. The grilled shrimp were seasoned way too much! Will not go back!!!

Let's start from the statement that Is was not the best meal of my life, but certainly one of the best meals I had in the US. I consider the restaurant as one of the most "American" in style I've ever visited so it was one of my aim of the trip to the US. On the first look, the... More

We ordered shrimp poboys and got the full size because we have teen boys who like to eat. They had SIX shrimp on them. Six??? For all the wonderful things that we have heard about this place , it definitely was not what we expected. We paid $15 for basically a large French bread po boy with a few a... More

We ordered the $30+ seafood platter to share and even the two of us couldn't finish it. The softshell crab was not good, watery on the inside and not crunchy on the outside. Everything else was tasty. Our server was a little out of it, and it seemed that several different people delivered our drinks and food. it was busy,... More

This is the place! Lots of very fresh seafood! We sat at the oyster bar and watched the oysters being shucked and grilled. The staff is awesome! Super friendly and attentive. Casual atmosphere.

I recently visited Roux 61 while on a business trip with 6 other colleagues. We arrived around 11:15 so there were plenty of open tables. The place is much bigger than it looks, so even though it got busy by the time we left there was still plenty of room. The atmosphere was great, various animal mounts hanging on the... More

We stopped in for dinner during our visit. The restaurant is much larger than it appears. Service was very good and prices reasonable. We tried the fried pickles for fun and actually enjoyed them but we got a large dinner plate full as an appetizer size!! They had live music the night we were there and it was a fun... More

We were a little weary from driving from New Orleans earlier that day. Natchez didn't offer much from the usual fast food and commercial restaurants, but we stumbled upon Roux 61. They were busy but we waited about five minutes to be seated. This was easily the best food and experience of our week long trip. I ordered the shrimp... More

This was our first time here and we eat out a lot. All I can say is AWESOME! It was a great meal from start to finish . The steak was great quality and cooked to perfection. The seafood platter was also great. The potato casserole was very good. We had the portobello mushrooms as an appetizer and enjoyed them... More

We had lunch at this restaurant, place was busy which was a good sign to us. Staff was friendly and service was good. Seafood platter was delicious, so was the shrimp poboy and stuffed potatoe. We had so much food left over (enormous portions) that we enjoyed the leftovers for dinner. Could not resist to order cake to take away.... More
