In town for business and this place was recommended.....wow is stating it lightly. The food to die for. The service superb..our waitress, Sabra, absolutely the best! If you travel within an hr of Natchez, head to Roux 61. You will not be disappointed.

When we arrived we were told it would be a 20 minute wait for a table of four. We sat outside in the 89 degree heat for over an hour waiting. When we confronted the manager he had an aweful attitude. Not advised unless you want to wait forever to eat.

If you're looking for good food in Natchez you've got to try this place. Our group had an assortment of appetizers and entrees and were happy with everything we received! I had never tried fried green tomatoes or fried pickles before and tried both of them on this trip. They were amazing!! My husband got a fish plate but there... More

This is a great place to eat. It is a little out of town but worth the effort to get there. Friendly atmosphere, the employees were fantastic. Our waitress was at our table a number of times asking if we needed anything. The food was great. Being from south Louisiana, we are not fans of ordering seafood from anywhere else.... More

This restaurant was very good and not that expensive. The food was great and timely. The only negative thing I have to say is that it was extremely crowded and packed and parking was an issue and took some time for sure. I would recommend this place again, however.

The food is very good and the service is efficient but nothing to have your jaw dropped. The gumbo and moreover the crawfish etouffee were excellent. The Roux 61 pasta was average (to much sauce made it too heavy - it would be much better if the cook would halve the quantity of sauce). The crawfish pasta were excellent. They... More

Stopped here after a glowing recommendation from the LA information center. The food was nothing to brag about. We had gator bites that were so chewy it was like eating a rubber band. For the main course we shared the seafood platter. Fried everything that all tasted the same. There was no difference in the shrimp, the oysters, the soft... More

My wife and I just ate at Roux 61 based on the many positive reviews. We called about when their dinner menu started and was told that they have only one menu and it is all day. We got to the restaurant around 4:30PM. The restaurant is a little ways out of Natchez and our GPS had difficulty locating the... More

My wife and I had dinner with another couple on a Thursday evening in July. It’s located just a few miles south of town on Hwy 61. Arriving around 7:00 p.m. from the outside it appeared to be very busy, but we were immediately seated. The appetizer of fried green tomatoes was different from any we’d ever had before, but... More

My husband and I went to Royx 61 on a recommendation from a lady who worked at the campground where we were staying. And I'm so glad we did. Everything was great from the salad (delicious, with fresh greens, mandarin oranges, nuts and cheese) to the entree to the dessert. Try the Plantation Cake! It's wonderful. Our server was very...
