Came here with some friends before going out to eat. If you're a regular you get friendly banter at the bar and prompt service. Unfortunately, if you're not a regular, it all feels a bit cold and the regulars get served before you. Add to this the considerable prices they charge and it all feel a bit of a rip... More

I have been to Pier 64 twice in the past month and, as on all previous visits, I was hugely impressed by the fabulous staff and great food. The first occasion was a lunchtime birthday celebration. Having failed to persuade my offspring to go for the great value lunchtime set menu, we enjoyed an awesome lunch accompanied by some rather... More

2nd visit, last time was for a Saturday full-cooked breakfast, which was great. Visited for dinner, offered a very nice table on the open-air dining balcony looking over the marina at sunset. Beautiful location. Parking also convenient. Popular restaurant, good atmosphere. Staff were very quick on service, food arrived promptly. It was of a good but not great standard, why?... More

My husband and i went on a friday night,it wasn't busy at only half full. The owner/manager was incredibly stressed out and rude, even though there was plenty of staff to deal with the restaurant . we both ordered the lobster .Mine came with the wrong sauce ,it was extremely dry and rubbery with some burnt bits on the top.As it was... Booked a Saturday night evening meal. Restaurant very busy as lovely sunny evening. Sat on the deck with lovely views of the harbour. Food was good, fish was very nice and well priced. Steak was cooked well but was expensive by the time you add side orders and you need to as it just comes as a steak. Deserts were... More

Terrible from start to finish!!!! I visited this restaurant with a group of friends for the first time and believe me the last time. We arrived to be greeted by a waiter who told us to go to the bar and have a drink but then couldn't find anywhere to sit, so ended up sitting at our table half an... More

Took my mum to lunch here for her 87th Birthday, was told the gravy was gluten free, on tasting realised it wasn't, asked to speak to the manager/owner who then was so rude in front of my elderly mother and asked us all to " get out now " just unbelievable behaviour, he even followed us outside as we struggled... We had a small family celebration here today for our Ruby Wedding Anniversary. The food was excellent, beautifully cooked, and nobody left a mouthful. The staff were efficient, friendly and helpful, and the location, overlooking the marina is such a bonus. It was warm enough to sit out on the decking for drinks after our meal, but unfortunately, the rain... More

What a shame. My husband and I have dined here on a number of occasions so we were a little disappointed to not be recognised as return visitors...sometimes it's the little things.... The restaurant was disturbingly quiet for a Friday evening at peak time...9pm. Yet, sadly, we were given a table at the back...right by the kitchen exit. We ordered... More
