We have passed the pet cemetery with it's impressive paw print on the side of the hill many many times between Gwynedd and home. We decided to stop off today to investigate and to have some lunch - what a delightful afternoon. We were showered with affection by the local resident pooch, Cookie, who made our trip all the better.... More

Unusual to find a cafe/tea room in a pet cemetery. This is a regular stop off whilst cycling in North Wales and the cake portions are always of a "suitable size" to fuel us of the rest of the ride. We'll worth a visit.

This was a little find! Never imagined to find a lovely little café in the middle of a pet cemetery. Had a lovely cooked late breakfast, there were 7 of us and we were all catered for with our different drinks etc, I received my toast unbuttered as asked for as I like to do this myself. All in all... More

We took the grandchildren to these tearooms and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The tearoom is set in the middle of the Pets Cemetery at Brynford and a more relaxing, peaceful and well kept establishment would be impossible to find. The welcome is warm and friendly and the food (anything from toast to plates of scouse)is delicious. While we sat after lunch with a cup of... It's a very novel location. After breakfast we went for a little walk amongst the doggie graves. It's very nicely tended. Just like the human cemeteries you see on American telly programs and not at all scruffy like UK human graveyards. Breakfast itself was a very big portion. The small breakfast is well plenty and with unlimited free refills for... More

Telling people you are going to the cemetery for a meal is rather strange, but that is what we did and are happy to do so. We came upon these tea rooms quite by accident one day, as do many others, but what a find. The food is generally home cooked and quite delicious. Portion sizes are good, meals are... More

After walking, with the local walking group, to Pen Y Ball and down to the Pet Cemetery, a welcome sit down in peaceful surroundings, excellent food and staff. Sit in or out of the tea rooms and look at the view. You can watch the ducks waddling about - very funny pleasant staff, very friendly I can recommend the teacake... More

This place is a little gem. My two year old loves the surroundings, which are lovely, especially with all the ducks and chickens... the food is exceptional, as is the service from the friendly, helpful staff. Everything is freshly made and the cakes are divine. A definite must! Thankyou Hazel and all the staff.
