Lovely home cooked food and reasonably priced

This was a suprise visit with a couple of friends. Lovely food and nice to have a walk around the cemetery where some obviously very loved pets have been laid to rest.

Freshly cooked 'home cooking' served with a smile. This is a strange concept that shouldn't really work but it does. Such a lovely peaceful place set in the middle of the pet cemetery. There is always a steady stream of people visiting which shows it must be good as it is off the beaten track. Lovely afternoon tea with pretty... More

You can call in any time for food or just afternoon teas with home made cake. They are pet friendly so you can take your dog too. The staff are really nice, caring and friendly.

We've called three times to the Pet Cemetary Tearooms for tea, scones, cake and have been very pleased with our food. Always a good choice of fruit, cherry and plain scones. Our first visit was after dog walk and sadly our next visits have been due to losing one of our companions. However our dog comes with us and is... More

We called in on our way back from Anglesey . An unusual location but as we are dog lovers we found it very interesting . Had the " small " breakfast ! It was anything but small ! Well cooked.Well presented .Great value .

Been told to visit the tea rooms to try the rarebit! I was going to have 1 slice of rare bit but they got me having a welsh tea. The welsh cakes were lovely! Which I was told Bernadotte made them, and hazel making the fresh cakes in the cake fridge. The rarebit was out standing! My husband had a... More

Yet again another relaxing lunch, friendly and attentive staff. Nothing is too much trouble for the girls here and a superb High Tea. Can't wait for the Daffodils and the blossom to come out.

Lovely idea but the scones were microwaved and dry. Refillable pot of tea and coffee was a plus! (Our first one was cold) 1 staff member didn't explain things properly, was a tad abrupt and made us quite confused. Our order was then incorrect. If you were in a state after the passing of a pet I'm not sure you... More

Excellent cooked like your grandma has done it food. The backbone of the hot menu is traditional favourites - hotpot, cooked breakfasts etc. Puddings a great and the cakes are out of this world - enormous, soft slabs for prices that shame most other cafes (though in fairness the pet cemetery business rates are probably very low). Basic but perfectly... More
