Our first choice restaurant had a 45 minute wait for a table but Keystone House was almost empty - we were soon to discover why. Didn't choose the salad as it looked a bit sad. Main course had to go back to the kitchen as it was cold. Food was dry and lacked flavour. Cold beer was OK. Given that... More

We only had breakfast here because it was included with our hotel during our senior tour (June 2012) Date of visit above doesn't go that far back. The food was horrible. Couldn't even get a waitress for our coffee. It was so bad that we ended up paying for our breakfast at other restaurants during our 4 day stay. Someone... More

I have never rated anyplace this low - ever. Staf could not give a cr*p. Actually fighting in front of people. floors crusty and food filled. Lunch buffet was adequate but not stocked well. Never saw staff to help us after we sat down, would have loved a refill. Food really not done well. Truly all I can say is... More

Regrettably I did not read the reviews before dining, due to wifi issues. We were in need of a meal but should have walked out immediately. The staff were totally indifferent, when I asked one young man for a comment on whether a dish had chicken in it he said he did not know. The wait for the food was... More

The restaurant smelled like old mop water when we arrived. Table was wet and we had to request napkins to dry it. Food was prepared poorly and had no flavor. Service was so so and we assume family related as no normal boss would allow staff to dress so casual.

This was the most disgusting place I have ever been. Way over priced and the buffet was nasty. Dry food that looked like it had been there all day. Also there was flies on everything. Do not eat here.

We stopped in every town when visiting Sturgis for Bike Week and by far Keystone was the worst. Food was not good at the Keystone House. Even worse was the cops giving tickets for bikes parking by the curbs painted yellow. (in front of the restraunt and in front of Keystone Harley Davidson amongst others) Until Keystone changes everyone should... More

We stopped here for breakfast our first day in town and paid a fortune for some of the worst food I have ever had, and I am not a picky person. Hospital food is better than this! Not much for kids to select from and the wait staff looked like they rolled out of bed wearing the cloths they had... More

I have never eaten in such a horrible restaurant before. Food was terrible, buffet looked days old and the woman taking our money was the most opinionated employee I've ever met. She made me wait to pay for this overpriced family dinner while telling the family ahead of me that they should not waste their money on seeing the Crazy... More
