I wish I would have read reviews and not wasted money on this place. The food is fowl and the resturant is nasty.

We ate breakfast here and we're extremely disappointed. There were four of us. Two had the breakfast buffet and two had an omelet. The waitress took our order and told us she would bring us some silverware. The only time we saw her again was when she brought us our water and omelets. We never got drink refills and we... More

My family spent a few days in Keystone and stopped in for breakfast on our last day there. First no one wanted to seat us and when were seated it was as if we were bothering her. Our waitress was extremely rude and acted like she hated her job. She forgot to put my order in and all of the... More

Save your money and precious time. Food was cold and service slow. People were leaving because they didn't get waited on.

Horrible service. Food mediocre. Never replenished salad bar and didn't care that they were out of things. Wait staff spoke little English

The first morning there, I had a single egg over medium. Best prepared over-medium that I've ever had in a restaurant. Insufficient staff. Insufficiency seems to be a problem with facilities run by the owner of the Mt. Rushmore's Washington Inn.

This is a tourist place and they know you will not be back so present average food with a higher price. The wait time was long. Where we sat, we heard the cook and a waitress continually arguing. The food was luke warm and flavor was mediocre. This restaurant is one of 3 in this town, all owned by the... More

We chose to eat at this place because it was located next to our hotel. The front desk recommended it for the dinner buffet. First of all they didn't have a buffet and the menu was very limited and overpriced for what you actually received. The waitress was pleasant, but you could tell she was overworked. We were seated immediately,... More

Keystone is unique, many of the restaurants are owned by the same person, same exact menu, same prices and food awful. Stay away from Keystone if you can and if you must stay there eat in rapid City!
