Visited here on a trip to Mount Rushmore. We picked Grizzly Creek because we knew they had buffalo burgers. They were good. It took awhile to get the food which was weird because there were only a couple of tables with guests. I think they may have forgotten about our table because we sat outside. We actually had to go... The last two years, my wife and I have dined at the Grizzly Creek Restaurant during our "almost" annual pilgrimage to Mount Rushmore. The food is very good and the service is great. My wife ordered the Nachos for her entrée and it was too, too much! We should of shared this dish. I chose one of their specialty burgers... More

The food was just ok, nothing to write home about. The server was from Turkey, he was really nice and friendly. Service was fast.

Avoid this place unless you like dog hair in your food. There were a couple of dos tied up outside the restaurant the staff kept going out to pet the dogs. I hope they washed their hands afterword but the waitress had dog hair on her clothes. When we received our food there was hair in the French fries. That... More

This restaurant according to one of the wait staff hires many foreign students and provides them housing as well. (sound like the company store??) Our young waitress had difficulty understanding our order, but didn't ask for clarification so she brought us food that we hadn't ordered. When we complained, it did no good. It really set a sour note to... More

We had been on a morning motorcycle ride on Needles Highway, the Wildlife Loop, and Iron Mountain Road which led us here to Keystone where we decided to give Grizzly Creek Restaurant a try. Even though bikers and other tourists were swarming everywhere, we didn't have to wait too long for a table. Our waitress was fabulous! She kept a... More

The burgers were very good. My husband like the pulled pork sandwich. My daughter had a salad and like it also. The chocolate dessert was really good.

We ate there on the last night of our trip with the grandkids. It was late and we didn't want to eat in downtown Keystone with all the bars. The Grizzly Creek had a nice outdoor patio and that is where we chose to sit. It was nice and quiet with a cool breeze. Our waiter was great, prompt and... More
