We were staying in the Travelodge just across the parking lot from Peggy's Place and staff there recommended it to us. We were most impressed by the service we received, especially as we arrived close to closing time. The food was excellent and we ate there twice more before we left town. I'd certainly recommend Peggy's and we found it... More

We were trying to find other restaurants listed in a travel guide and kept passing by Peggy's. Luckily, we spotted it again when returning from a scenic drive. It proved to be what we hoped it would-home cooking, made from scratch, not fast food repeats. Flavorful food at a great price and plenty of it. Also daily specials that they... More

Stayed over in Keystone on our tour through National Parks with Archers Cosmos (excellent tour). Chose to eat here instead of Mt Rushmore White House Resort Hotel restaurant which was rubbish. Absolutely delicious breakfast. Chose the house omelette, hash browns and toast, washed down with unlimited coffee. $25 in total. Huge servings. Great service. Walked through a very quiet Keystone... Food was hot, plentiful and timely. Hours of operation could be a little earlier, but was open on time designated. Much larger that I thought. Waitress friendly and efficient...no frills, but again decent food.

Peggy's Place was very close to our hotel, so we ate here both nights we stayed in Keystone. It is a nice small, but quiet restaurant with a varied menu. Both of our meals were good and the employees were all very nice. Service was quick.

Oh man, this place was great. I went with my grandparents and wasn't disappointed. I had a buffalo burger while my grandpa had one of the buffalo steaks. Tasted awesome, better than a regular burger (same went for the steak). Waitresses were incredibly nice and friendly, and we even talked with the owners for a while. Wish I had visited... More

Stopped in this local restaurant for lunch. Several typical home-style choices on the menu. We tried the club sandwich, open-faced roast beef, Dillinger roast beef sandwich, and Reuben sandwich platters. All were tasty and filling. Service a bit slow, but friendly. Nice little place in Keystone.

We were staying in Keystone and had a bad breakfast at another restaurant in town so this place looked like a good place. The breakfast was way more than enough to eat at a fair price. The waitress was very friendly and well worth the visit

Nothing fancy here, but good food with plenty of it. Staff was very freindly and helpful.. We were here at the end of season, so the selection was becoming less and less. (The town shuts down for the winter)
