We stayed at the Travelodge across the parking lot so Peggy's was convenient. We went late (7PM). I had the chicken breast and it was very moist. The wait staff seemed to be young women from foreign countries which I found interesting. Prices were a little high but Keystone is a tourist... read more

Peggy's place offers good food at good prices especially compared to other places in Keystone. Big breakfasts and generous portions for dinner, with home made chips, pies and a great bread pudding.

My husband & I visited the Black Hills on our vacation this year. Someone recommended Peggy's so we tried it. We had both breakfast & dinner there on two occasions. It is what it says it is...home cooking. Portions were large, but the prices were higher than we are used to paying in our neck of the woods (SC). Food... More

We stopped in here for a meal during our stay in keystone, Our waitress Cheryl was a breath of fresh air. It was really nice to have someone be more interested in their patrons than in getting tips. You could tell she enjoyed what she was doing. Thanks for the great service Cheryl.

We stopped in here for breakfast and there were about four other tables so they weren't very busy. It took about 25 to 30 minutes to get our food out to us after we ordered. We kept asking the waitress when our food would be ready and she said it's coming up now and we waited another 10 minutes. Just... More

Just the place to go at the end of a long drive. Clean, friendly staff. Food is good $6-11.00 for lunch. I would go back as we have to support the local businesses if we want them to survive

Nice selection of breakfast options but we had a large group and it took too long for food to be served. Coffee was cold, despite changing out several pots.

Hugely disappointing. The fried chicken looked like a KFC reject. Tiny pieces, deep fried to death, without batter or breading. Vegetable side was frozen veggies, insipidly cooked and tasteless, with that awful rubbery texture freezing gives. The gravy was straight out of a box. We watched a nearby table struggle to get edible fried liver, giving up after two tries,... More

This is typical mom and pops cooking. The chicken friend stake breakfast was to die for. The biscuits were soft and warm. The service as great. The only down fall was their weird tasting orange juice.
