Love love love this place! So much so we travel every other month all the way from Northampton to Essex just to eat here only to return home straight after. The staff are very polite and attentive and the cuisine is full on flavour such excellent food. My husband being Malaysia we generally eat a lot of thai food and... More

Visited the baan thitiya for the first time on a Saturday night with friends who live close-by and had recommended it to us. I am so glad we came here as the overall experience was amazing! There were 9 of us and we all ordered a set menu to share. The starter was a platter of prawn toast, chicken satay... More

We went here on a Friday night to try something different as we haven't been here before. We booked and were expecting our table to be ready for our when we arrived - unfortunately it wasn't. They were very busy though and it didn't take too long to sort out so it wasn't a big problem. The restaurant itself was... More

The mixed starter for 2 was lovely and the portions were generous. For mains we had tamarind duck and prawn paenang curry. Both were just okay, tasting rather bland and the curry only had a few cut peppers in it while the duck only had some stir fried cabbage. It was a bit disappointing but the staff were friendly and... Namaste , One of our family's favourite restaurants ,my special is Green Thai Curry with coconut rice, it is the best , have brought several friends and guests to here, and always friendly attentive staff. I will even sometimes when coming back from the horses, phone in my order and it is ready and waiting fro me excellent

Nicely decorated and a good location. I was with a large group of friends on a Friday evening, the table was ready for us and the waitress was very efficient catering for our needs. The food however was very pricey and although I don't mind paying if it good it was in fact average. I wont bother going again

We ate here recently, the first time in several months. We were a bit disappointed, the food was rather greasy and not as light as we remembered it. We always thought it was a tad expensive, but worth it. After this recent visit we think it's a tad expensive and not worth it. Maybe it was just an off night...

My boyfriend and daughter (5 3/4) took me here for Mothers day and we all thought it was fabulous. We had the Sunday 3 course dinner for 13.99. There were 6 starters and 7 mains to choose from and we all found something that we would enjoy. The service was quick and friendly and they even gave my daughters rice... More

One of these restaurants that have a bunch of positives with a couple of annoying little negatives that stop it from being brilliant. I loved the old pub, they put you in all sorts of funny little rooms, parking is available, all good. I saw the toilets mentioned - they weren't bad! It's only of those old style urinals that... This has to be the proverbial 'Curates Egg' when it comes to restaurants. We dined with friends which i think is the right occasion. So, start with the good. Nice enough 'Anglicised' Thai menu. All the things you'd expect. Again the wine list what you'd expect, including inexpensive house whites and reds if you prefer. The food was well cooked... More
