Very deceiving from the outside but once you taste the food you are completely converted. The fish chowder was so flavoursome and full of fish & seafood and the Cromer Crab Salad was to die for. You can tell that the chef puts his heart & soul into his food. The serving staff were very friendly too. A little gem... More

There is not a vast menu but had a pleasant dinner. The atmosphere is probably better at lunch time when the town is busier. A warm evening meant an electric fan was provided- very welcome. A shame the open backed dessert display fridges had not be covered well enough as flies had entered. Will visit again.

We visited today and four of us had lunch. Great service and food away from the madding crowds. Great fresh food and the crab, in all it's derivatives, was lovely. Just the ticket!

This is our second visit as the first time the food was very good, the food was still good but the portion's was small and we left still feeling hungry and a bit disappointed. This would not put us off visiting again but I think I would just have take out from the deli instead.

We visited The Old Rock Shop Bistro on the strength of the reviews on tripadvisor and wasn't disappointed. The bistro is very cafe like and not much to look at inside, but the staff were lovely and the food very good homemade grub. I had lasagne which was delicious and my husband had crab which he said was very tasty.... More

This little bistro looks fairly average but the food we had was delicious. You might wander past thinking it's just another cafe, but it's definitely worth stopping by for the seafood chowder. The coffee was also excellently prepared and exactly as it should be. I liked it so much I went back for another cup, which is given to you... More

An excellent evening with a lovely cosy atmosphere. The food was wonderful and the service attentive but not intrusive. Being a local here I always use this shop for coffee, as it is the best in town !!
