Deep fried, tasteless, poor service, disgusting prices .. The question is, why bother.... egg and chips would be better. I suggest they close for a few days, sack the management and chefs, training training training and start again, or you will go bust. Take a trip to the Blue Elephant in Fulham and they will show you how it's done... More

Good Thai restaurant in Javea. Main course was very good indeed. There is a review recently saying that the starts had been overlooked, I think we suffered a bit of the same but perhaps not as bad as they were still very good to eat. attentive staff giving very good service.

We were recommended this restaurant by another restaurant owners, decided to give it a go, wish we hadn't.........the mixed starter was disgusting....all the items were over cooked and the pastries that covered the various items ie spring roll, samosa etc was too thick and hard......theses items should be light and delicate......the curries were okay apart from the two different curries... I love Thai food and unfortunately this restaurant appears to be the only Thai restaurant in the area. They should really do better. The food is bland because they seem to be stretching dishes. The dishes are also overpriced with limited Thai ingredients. The curries are simple dishes that can be made as well at home using the supermarket packets,... More

Located not even on the 1st sealine, but the prices are ANORMOUS! The tiny bowl of curry, which is more like a soup with few bits in it, costs about 13 Euros and comes even WITHOUT a rice! You have to order rice, which is just as tiny for 3 Euros per handfull extra! A pint of beer EUR 4,50... More

First time at this restaurant, we booked by phone which was an ansa machine. When we arrived they had received the booking OK and a table for 6 was ready for us. As a previous reviewer mentions, it is up the stairs past Bar Antalaya and Achill, but there is a huge sign above the restaurant to guide you. The... More

Hi there, So glad you enjoyed yourselves at Monsoon. Just to let you know, as every curry is made to order, you simply have to let us know what you'd like to have in it. Having just king prawns in the red seafood curry is never a problem. Maybe there was a misunderstanding with the waiter/waitress. Thanks for your lovely... More

We went to the restaurant on a Wednesday evening. There is much better food and value to be found in Javea. We had a wide range of dishes and in general the restaurant did not use fresh ingredients, for example the pineapple in the pineapple rice was from a tin, and the dished which were fried were oily and sickly.

Hi there, We strive to provide our guests with fresh, authentic Thai food. We import Thai vegetables, herbs and spices that arrive in Valencia every week on Tuesdays. Our meat is delivered on a daily basis, along with vegetables and fruit. Our fish, mussels and calamar are selected by a local Fishmonger in Javea's Old Town Market. Lemongrass is picked... More

We love Thai food and tried this place for the first time recently though we are regularly in Javea. We hadn't booked but we were made to feel really welcome despite it being very busy. Food was superb and service spot on. We will definitely be coming back!

If you like Thai food you won't be disappointed. Hidden away upstairs at end of strip behind Achill. Great menu to choose from. Nicest main course I've had on our two week holiday here in javea! Average price about €13 for main. Starters about €6 on. Deserts are usual Thai stuff. Looked frozen. You won't need one if you have... More

Great location, great setting, great atmosphere & wonderful Thai food. If you visit Javea & fancy something other than the dozens of samey pizza places - come here! Traditional Thai food at its best. Highly recommended!
