We stopped in this restaurant for lunch and were surprised how great the food was. My wife had the Waldorf salad with goat cheese and I had the monk fish with hollandaise sauce. Both were terrific. The staff is excellent. Best meal in Spain so far.

Wondering in off the street for lunch we were pleasantly surprised by the excellent light lunch we had. Not being hungry enough for the good value menu del dia, we opted for tapas and were not disappointed. Bread and alioli was well worth the extra, and the beans with ham was especially tasty. Our waiter spoke very good English, and... More

I was taken to this restaurante by Denia locals who know the best places to eat. This is one of the best places to eat I promise you. We had some kids things patatas, mussels and so on adults had some mixed tapas all very tasty and fresh for an amazing 10 euro per person so for three adults two... More

This restaurant is in a beautiful street with lots of atmosphere. The food was amazing, the tapas was delicious and my steak was cooked perfectly. It was great value for such a high quality. The staff were really friendly and I would definitely recommend it!!

As usual, we wandered away from the busy high street and explored the back streets for less touristy food. Calle Loreto has a large choice of bars, cafes and restaurants. We were hungry and LLL was serving lunch earlier than some of the others, so this helped narrow down the choice. The menu del dia was €8.50 and very good... More

Many of the restaurants in Spain offer what they call Tapas where you get to sample different dishes. Just beware that the size of the plates can vary from restaurant to restaurant. Here they are fairly large about 8". So for example at a table of four people you may chose to order 4 or 5 dishes, usually about $9... More

Situated on a little street near to Denia castle. There is a choice of restaurants on this little street all serving similar food. Great bustly atmosphere. We enjoyed some Tapas - each plate averaging €7 - a dinner plate size so good for sharing. Food was tasty , fresh and authentic

We were lucky enough to visit this restaurant two days on the trot. It was recommended by the owner of the apartment we were renting, so we sought it out. In the evening we had the set menu, with our children having just main courses. Three starters came out for us to share preceded by the most delicious bread and... More

Hit this place on Tuesdays and/ or Friday mornings for their almuerzo (up to about 1230) deal - €4 for 2 cocas, salad, drink, coffee/ tea and nuts (or €5 for 3 cocas). It's superb value and the best cocas I've had in Denia (and I've nearly had 'em all)! Daniel, the owner, is a lovely soul... Check it out!... More
