We heard about this small restaurant from friends and based on their experience and the good write ups on Trip Advisor we decided to try it with a couple of friends for Sunday lunch. After a salad with tuna we were given revueltos followed by a large dish of mussels. The main course was a delicious rice dish with sepia.... More

We returned to this restaurant after being away for over two years. The quality of the food, the size of their portions, and their exceptional customer service are key pointers as reasons to return over & over again. The time allocated by the kitchen for the preparation of the food was perfect. It allowed for a few drinks with tapas... More

We really enjoyed our lunch and found the menu simple and exciting. Our grilled goats cheese salad was beautifully constructed and delicious for example. Our service was friendly and informative and we enjoyed the atmosphere of the restaurant ..... Which was spotlessly clean and nicely furnished in a simple open fashion. Already looking forward to returning soon to try the... More

We wanted to try this restaurant on the reviews we found on Trip Advisor. Firstly - I was very sceptical about eating in Babeca as it's appearance from the road is very deceiving. In fact, we drove past it several times before we noticed where it was and then it didn't seem to appealing. However, we are SO GLAD we... More

Armed with our trusty trip advisor tips we went in search of Babeca. Easy to find if you have a map finder and it is on a main one way road. I would never have looked at this place if I had passed by. We went in and no one was there on a Sat lunchtime but we sat down... More

Saw the reviews on trip advisor and were wandering in the area. Although out of season the food was fresh and tasty and the waitress was attentive and helpful with translation. We had a really tasty cauliflower gratin for a starter on the menu of the day, good value all round.

After reading the reviews I went to investigate.Outside it looked like it was closed and you could easily walk past it without a second glance.Inside it looked like a typical Spanish cafe/ bar and had the usual brown formica chairs and tables with the obligatory tv up on the wall. There was absolutely no atmosphere whatsoever inside! ( It was... More

Excellent from the moment we walked through the door. Very friendly, but professional service. We had mushrooms in goats cheese, special salad then 2 main courses. The portions were very good and we couldn't manage a sweet unfortunately, as the ones we saw looked wonderful. House wine was very good and only 6 euros a bottle. Whole meal excellent quality,...
