On our way to visit Fort Verde we stopped for lunch at this café in this small town just 10 minutes off I-17. What a pleasant experience. The owner was very friendly, the décor and atmosphere perfect, and most important, the food delicious. WIFI service was also available. A perfect place to break up the drive to or from Phoenix.

My 2nd time here for business group lunch. Looks like it will be a regular lunch spot when meeting in Camp Verde. Breakfast and lunch. Good sandwiches. Nice folks. Near the Horn Saloon. Website & menu: http://www.thanksalattecv.com/

If you are in need of a break from travelling in this area, this is a perfect stopping place for coffee or light meals. It is very attractive, clean and friendly. It is even worth a stop to look at the marvellous photographs on the walls, taken by the owner's son.

We stopped here for coffee and a treat one day. Bakery items were scrumptious and coffee excellent. Best I've had in a while. The owner is lovely as well. Came back for breakfast later in the week. Menu is limited but well done. We had bagels, a scramble (scrumptious) and a breakfast burrito. All were well done. NIce to see... More

Driving into Camp Verde we really did not expect to find much.. but then saw this little place (a "recycled" gas station which allows for covered parking and in the hot sun what a great idea) and decided to stop in and check it out. Very clean and bright, staff was friendly and helpful. The veggie lasagna and salad were... More

As the name suggests, this is mostly a "beverage" place, so not a huge menu. The setting is very comfortable -- there's no sense of being in a re-purposed gas station. We had lunch - both the BLT and Ruben were very good, and the side salad was a generous serving. It annoys me, however, to pay for a refill... More

Thank you for your review. I feel I must respond though in regard to your ice tea complaint. We only charge 2.25 for a ice tea. Many other establishments charge upward of 3.50 with free refills, sometimes with a limit of 1 or 2 refills. We found that most, only want one glass of tea with their meal so charging... More

Great fresh food and salads and amazing baked goods! Nice friendly folks. Working internet. Great place for non-chain food. Breakfast and lunch only. Stopped twice, going and coming back from further south in Arizona.

Stopped there for lunch while showing a friend around the area. Got a BLTA (for avocado) and it was totally excellent. Also the side salad and dressing were great. I'll be stopping there again and wish they sold that bread by the loaf!

Love this quaint, little cafe! Comfortable, friendly, great food in addition to the coffee! Make sure to try the Verde Burritto! Delicious! Staff is warm and welcoming!
