A great little cafe. It is decorated with local crafts that are available for sale. The food was excellent and offer cold beers to cool you down on a hot day. Staff friendly and very welcoming. Awesome place to visit while in the Verde Canyon Area.

After 3 days of camping at Clear Creek Campground and fishing on Clear Creek & Verde River it was time to head home but not before having breakfast a very nice Verde Café. The 3 of us ordered different dishes including great hash browns and biscuits with gravy, ham and eggs, and a short stack of blue berry pancakes. Very... More

I have eaten at this place on each of my visits and would highly recommend it for breakfast, which is the only meal I have had there. Great food, good quality and very reasonable price for what you get. I have never been disappointed with the food or the service.

Get a chicken fried skillet with no egg and gravy in the side to dip it in... this place has been around as many years for a reason.

Fast friendly service! Some of the best hashbrown I've had in while. Nice size portions for the money. Did not think much of their biscuit gravey, I was surprised most home town places have great biscuit and gravey.

Passing through Camp Verde, we had breakfast here, we were hungry and it happened to be in front of us. Really glad we did. I had Blueberry, Pecan pancakes which were loaded with both. our breakfasts were just outstanding. The portions are very generous. The service was very friendly and efficient, (never had an empty coffee cup). The actual restaurant... More

Sorry to give it one star, but it is not difficult to make breakfast. Fried eggs, frozen potatoes cooked up and unseasoned, link sausages were okay. The kids liked their pancakes okay. I would have given a higher rating if not for the price. If my meal had been several dollars less, it being unexceptionable would have been more palatable.... More

We were here on a Monday, so it was us and the locals. (They open at 6 a.m.) We had a waffle (light and tasty) and the french toast in the cinnamon batter (you can skip the cinnamon and get them "plain"). We also had sausage patties, which I don't normally like, but these were good. Coffee was also good.... More

The manager of the motel where we were staying recommended the Verde Cafe as the place where locals go to eat so we decided to try it....the place was half- filled and the waitresses seemed to know each one of the customers..very friendly with great senses of humor..we enjoyed our meal, not because the food was great but because of...
