My spouse and I had dinner here based on a recommendation of the clerk at our hotel. We found the food to be mediocre at best and the atmosphere was certainly not conducive to conversation because of the noise level. The lamb ribs were a disappointment, as they were so fatty that there was little to eat. Overall I would... More

It was our first time passing thru Frederick around 9:30pm on a Monday night and we were starving for some sit-down food. The regular menu wasn't available this late, much to my disappointment, but their late-night menu more than made up for it. Husband and I ordered a flight of brew to share, the stand-outs were the barrel-aged oatmeal stout... More

Went for lunch with business colleagues. The pizza was very good- nice, homemade crust and good flavor. I will come back again for the pizza. All other food was very good and the service was friendly and prompt. Would love to come for dinner and try more foods and beer. Nice place, and good menu with many choices.

The food was fantastic. The atmosphere was good. It was during the world cup game. The bar area was busy. The price was fair and the portion was good for me. I do prefer a small size. I will go back there again!!!

Staff friendly and although I didn't care for their beer selections, I would still recommend it! Disappointed with their avocado turkey burger. It had a mushy, raw like texture to it even though it was browned on the outside. Waitress said " if you've eaten turkey burgers before you would know they are always like this!" NOT TRUE. They mixed... More

Crafts beers and a black bean sandwich. Both were delicious! Brewer's Alley also has two outdoor patios.

Lobster night is okay-so-so, but every night is great for a flight of microbrews. Got there a lil earlier than the rush, and lickety-split I was served. Shared two of the empty seats of my cafe table with a couple strangers, and had a ton of laughs. the place gets packed fast, so act deliberately.

Good selection of beer if that's what you are going for. I don't recommend the wings. The only flavor comes from the sauce. Just fried wings with sauce. Rueben was not bad but was lacking sauerkraut. Could have used more throughout the sandwich not just key bites

Stopped by for a lunch late on a Saturday afternoon. It was a beautiful day and we enjoyed the downtown Frederick scene. Brewer's Alley was a great stop off for local brews that were very tasty. The food was surprisingly better than expected with local ingredients and definitely a big step above typical pub food. The staff was pleasant and... More
