Nice meal . . . in a noisy setting

The tapas at Isabella's is good. I enjoyed some things more than others, but overall, it was a yummy meal. I especially enjoyed the garlic shrimp - ask for some bread to dip in the skillet. Yum! We never get bored going back to Isabella's. Other than the long waits, the food is fresh and interesting. Nice wine selection and a great place to take out of town guests. The tab does add up quicky as the tapas and drinks pile on, but we always feel we've had a good dining experience.

A good place to go in Frederick when you are looking to have paella. Also, you can make a complete meal with the selection both hot and cold of tapas offered here. I especially like their panko coated aspargus with dipping sauce.

We had Sunday bruch - several of us had the seafood omelets, one had the eggs benedict and I went with tapas - the panko fried asparagus - excellent, the shrimp and onions couldve used more shrimp and less browned onions, and the spinach was very good. We had one mimosa and one bottle of sparkling water. Tax and Tip... More

Not being a fan of Tapas I was reluctant to go here. This place was incredibly noisy but had a very nice atmosphere. The owner looked after us and made us feel right at home. Beer and wine selection was good and the food VERY tasty.

It's never going to make you think you are in Madrid or Barcelona, but it's still pretty good. Nice plates, good wine by the glass and reasonable service......go hungry and make sure you try the anchovies...mmmmmm

This was the first we had tapas. We enjoyed them. We had reservations at 6 p.m., but they were able to accomodate us an hour earlier than the reservation. Comparing the portions/price to other places we visited, this seemed alot more expensive.

Service was terrible. All the food came at once, which for Tapas is not good. We had to ask for water which was never refilled without asking. The waiter was doing his best to rush us through the meal and turn the table. On a positive note, the food was good. Some dishes were very good, some were not -... More

We recently had a group that used this restaurant for a dinner on a multi-day Civil War Tour. I found the sales office (assistant manager) to be very willing to help, but not able to follow through as he said he would. I reached the point where I was concerned about the arrangements. I have to say that he eventually... More

Went to Isabella's for my birthday dinner made the reservation online through trip advisor on open table, showed up a little early and was promptly seated. From there it went downhill, it took our waiter (Fernando) 15 minutes to make an appearance, took our drink order disappeared for another 10 minutes. He took our food order, and then we only...
