Great Local Establishment

While visiting the area with my husband, he found a review of a.k.a. Friscos online. With a menu able to satisfy both of our palates, we gave it a try. In the area for business and one of the guys we were meeting with suggested Frisco's for lunch. Bring your appetite! The sandwiches are huge! I had the BBQ with Exploded Potatoes and it was great. My associate had the Trans Am which he also enjoyed. Located down the road from Flying Dog Brewery they have a great selection of... More

Received half of our order, the sub was decent, very messy, way too big. My husband then received his ham/potatoes. The ham was supposed to be chopped, instead it was smothered in mostly cheese and thinly sliced low quality ham. They forgot about our wings that we had ordered. When I did finally ask about our wings, staff checked and... More

We are always excited to try new, off the beaten track places and aka Frisco is certainly a wonderful find! In the past, the hubby and I loved loaded baked potatoes from a restaurant in Florida so we were excited while drooling over the menu online. Believe me, this satisfied every craving for them we've had since! Hubby had the... More

If I were rating this place solely based on food, I would give it 5 stars. I got the grilled chicken special and everything about the chicken was great. The dijon cilantro sauce was awesome too...I would love to make some of my own at home! My husband really liked his bbq sandwich as well. HOWEVER, I'm giving it 3... More

I've been here twice now. Once eating in and once for take out and both experiences were good. They have a large menu to choose from - mostly sandwiches and various types of baked potatoes. They also do appetizers and they're famous "exploded potatoes". The prices are reasonable and the portions are huge. They also offer a wide range of... More

My girlfriend and I ate here before going on a brewery tour of Flying Dog a couple weeks ago. There was so many good options to choose from but I'm pretty sure anything would have been wonderful. All of the ingredients were so fresh and there was a great beer selection. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

My family loves this place. The exploded potato is the best. Taste buds say Yes, Yes, Yes while your arteries are going no, no, no but we love it. Sandwiches are great too. My family has tried almost all but I love the Alcatraz and the Trans Am while my husband loves the Presidio

Frisco's uses quality, fresh ingredients in their menu. Their signature item is their Exploded Potatoes. You will want a large! Baja chicken is also a favorite. Local owners and they've been in business a long time because they have a terrific menu and their staff is welcoming. Check out their wine store for several great bottles under $20. Huge supply...
