VOLT offers guests a menu of modern American cuisine. The focus of our cuisine is based on classic flavor combinations, creating sophisticated dishes that emphasize purity and seasonal flavors that are based on fundamental and innovative cooking techniques. VOLT's relationship with local artisan farmers ensures availability of products to fulfill the philosophy behind the menu, in a refined, historic venue where classic meets modern. By design, the restaurant follows along the original footprint of the mansions first floor parlors. Both the 38 seat main dining room and the bar/lounge open off the foyer. The original mosaic tile in the foyer was the inspiration behind the warm monochromatic color palette that adorns the finishes in VOLT. Private dining can be hosted in the conservatory offering views of the expansive courtyard. The 700 square foot kitchen afforded space to include up to 20 guests.

VOLT is exquisite and thrilling in every way. Sure, it is expensive, but you are receiving superior service and incredible food. The tasting menu is the way to go; there is a lot of variety in the selections, and it is fun to use the different plates as conversation starters with the other people dining with you. The servers do... More

The over all experience is perfection. The décor, the ambiance, the service, the FOOD and drink. If you are looking for an upscale dining experience, VOLT is the place.

We came here several times and each time the meal was absolutely fabulous. From Squid Ink rice with sea scallops to an absolutely delicious pork dish with a flavored "transparency", I have not had a single meal that wasn't amazing. The price is a bit high, but you do get what you pay for. My one complaint is that they... More

One of the best dinners we've had, and we've eaten at multiple Michelin star restaurants around the world. Modern American food, beautiful presentation, amazing service, and of course absolutely delicious. We've gone a number of times, and we're always thrilled, and usually surprised by at least a few of the courses. For the best experience, do the tasting menu (and... More

Volt is one of our favorite places to go for extra-special occasions, like my mother's 75th birthday, that kind of thing. The food is always fantastic, and I enjoy how creative the restaurant gets, especially during the winter, when many local foods are out of season. The combinations of foods are often unexpected, but the flavors always work brilliantly--trust the... More

This is a special occasion restaurant this isn't a place you go to every night of the week. The food I have had for all the lunches I've been to was very well prepared and displayed beautifully. The coctails are amazing. Some of the people I was with didn't get full because they are used to overeating. But if you... More

My dear friend and I booked table 21. She and I had both waited for a long time to try this restaurant. The good: The restaurant is beautiful. The staff was exceptional. The service exceptional. The cost for a glass of wine at the bar...wicked. The 21 tastings were not wonderful, in fact some were just awful, not edible. There... More

My husband and I chose to celebrate our anniversary at Volt 2/12/15. The food is artistically prepared to immediately please you upon sight as it is rhythmically served and elucidated by a skillful staff. The taste,PERFECTION! The Sommelier, with much enthusiasm and knowledge facilitated a wonderful experience in the choice of our wine pairing for an exquisite anniversary dinner. The... More

I frankly didn't expect this restaurant to live up to the hype, but I was wowed. We have experienced excellent multi-star restaurants all over the world, but this one topped just about all. We dined a la carte, ordering and sharing seven items, plus baked goods and amuse bouche. Every item conversationally-jolting delicious, surprising, inventive, beautiful. And I have never... More
