Beautiful old bar

We love to come here to have a drink at the bar. Often we eat right there and chat with nice bartenders. I think you will like the dining area a d food as well.

Excellent Clam Chowder and Irish coffee! I had never had clam chowder with the clams still in the shells before, and had to step out of my comfort zone to try it. So happy that I did, it was wonderful.

OK, I know an Oyster Sandwich isn't going to be everyone's favorite, but they have other great sandwiches if you would prefer and some topnotch hamburgers too. Great service, reasonable prices, a full bar, just what are you waiting for?

We got a seat by the window (requested) which was quite lovely. Nice dinner selection from appetizers to salads to sandwiches to upscale entrees. The service was a bit slow but it was a relaxing atmosphere so it wasn't too bad. I did call to make sure they didn't have live music on a Saturday night. One Sunday we attempted... More

Would not reccommend this restaurant if you're looking for a place to eat. May be a good place to drink and socialize, but the prices are exceptionally high for what you get. Would not try it again.

My daughter's favorite restaurant, she wanted to celebrate her college graduation. Not Able to get dinner reservations due to small restaurant so went for lunch. Had a great waiter and food was very good. Had a good family meal.

For dinner Sunday is a good choice and Saturday is too noisy for dinner. However, Saturday is a great bar scene with lively people all enjoying the mix and madness. Firestone offers an extensive list for beers and wines. My fave wine is the Cote du Rhone for $10 per glass. Now go back to the dinner menu and the... More

The food is ok but pricey. The noise level is bad, especially when there's a band. Often there is a young crowd. The bar is active and they often have a bouncer.

It can get noisy and crowded at the Bar on a Friday or Saturday night, but the atmosphere is good. I would say that if you are looking for a quiet dinner, this is not the place for you because of that, but the food overall is good.

The food was great. I had the gnocchi and mussels. There is a really energetic atmosphere and large beer list. Fancy enough for anniversaries but casual enough for a quick date night. Love it!
