The style and quality of the meal we had last night was as good as anything you'll find at many of the top UK. restaurants, and at 23 euros for 3 courses was unbelievable value. My wife started with scallops which were the best I've ever tasted, and my 60 degree egg was a perfect blend of ingredients. We both... More

Wonderful food. De-constructed gazpacho was really nice - so much more flavour. An excellent dining experience during the not to be missed Fir d'indeans.

We had a lovely evening at Turnandot. There were 8 in our party and we had a lovely table in the corner so we could enjoy the whole restaurant. We had read lots of reviews and we weren't disappointed. The food is really very good with super service. Everyone enjoyed themselves. The deconstructed gazpacho was a particular highlight along with... More

We went as a family party of nine including three rather picky kids. Those with the same should note that there is no children's menu, just the option of burgers which came with the option of a smear of potato puree and some veg. Although the adults who ate the leftovers enjoyed the food, the kids didn't! The adults enjoyed... More

We tried booking a table for two several times throughout the day and when we finally got through we were told they were fully booked. We happened to be in the area during the evening and decided to chance our luck. A table for two was available! It was a worth while decision. The starter of scallops, peas and Iberico... More

They deserve every positive comment they get. Fantastic husband (chef) and wife (maitre d') show!!! Great place worthy of its number 1 status in Begur.

Small but nicely decorated restaurant. Menu choices not extensive but had some extra choices (which had additional cost) I had the mozzarella salad starter which was excellent, has to be the best mozzarella I've tasted. The staff were lovely, menu choices well explained by our very attentive waitress, mains and deserts also good, decent wine list. Great price for such... More

Had one of the nicest meals I've had in quite some time. I arrived without a reservation and was very lucky that they could accommodate us. I reckon at this time of year its probably best to book. Staff very pleasant and attentive, the menu is not extensive but food excellent, tasty and well presented, fresh local produce, also v... More

This is a lovely restaurant with a simple menu costing €23 for a 3 course meal. There are some supplemental charges (e.g. Fish of the day is +€4). The food was of a high standard, the cheesecake was exceptionally good. The starters were plentiful and tasty (we had gazpacho and the 64 degree egg). The mains were also good however... More

We wanted to try out this restaurant during our vacation in Begur, due to the #1 rank it has (or had?) on Tripadvisor. The food was not bad, and clearly more inspired than a lot of the other restaurants in the town. I had an "unfinished Gazpacho" which was uforgettable due to the tomato ice cream ball in the middle.... More
