Stylish Gem in a Quiet Village

Went on a weeknight and we were surprised to find the restaurant nearly empty. It was chilly but we requested a seat on the patio, where we had a view of the castle. Our server was friendly and the food was phenomenal. Between the food (the scrambled eggs with jamon were revelatory!), wine... read more

The Aiguaclara restaurant offers an interesting menu with well prepared and served food. We ate there twice during our visit to Catalonia because it was so good. If you go on a Friday night make sure to book as it is very popular and diners are treated to blues and R&B music played from a vinyl record collection. The restaurant... More

We ate her 2 nights on our 3 day stay and both nights the food was excellent. The restaurant is decorated in an eclectic way which makes it very welcoming. Almost like your being entertained in someone's big friendly dining room! They have great entertainment on Thursday night which in the end had everyone up dancing. The staff are fantastic...friendly,... More

We were staying in the hotel and found the restaurant so great that we dined here twice. Fun, casual atmosphere with awesome live music (the waiter even joins in on the drums), friendly and helpful staff, and awesome food. The first night we had the filet and suckling pig and both were delicious. Served with some of the best gratin... More

Four of us had a good evening here. The live music was good, but it did restrict conversation a bit (can't have everything). The food was also good - the strawberry gazpacho being quite brilliant. Chicken curry with apples was also very good. A fun place with a great atmosphere and lots of people having a great time.

The lady who took us in spoke very good English, which is always a plus. She explained everything and was very sweet. The other waiters didn't speak much English which caused a bit of a confusion, however it was resolved easily. The food was fun and SO good. When we sat down we didn't know what to choose, there was... More

Second time I've been to this restaurant and it was as good as the first time. Mojitos are still fabulous and large, the staff are lovely and accommodating of little people's requirements for plain pasta and the menu food is delicious. Had the Fig and Iberica salad to start.....YUM followed by the burger with dauphinoise potatoes which was delicious. No... More

This is a lovely restaurant. The setting is quirky but comfortable. The wine (by the glass, particularly the white) is very good. I had tuna tartare sitting on a bed of guacamole to start, this was nice (but I did have a nicer version in the nearby Platillos restaurant). My wife had the mushroom and truffle tagliatelle to start, this... More
