Slow and Easy wins the race, we have all heard that before,in this case it's absolutely true! A delicious bread results from allowing dough to slow rise made from a levain! So happy to have such a fine bakery like this along the route of my commute! Breads have a Great crumb and great taste! Parking is troublesome but worth... More

This is a highlight of Concord's culinary scene,... the type of business that makes a town into a community. We enjoy eating in as well due to very well executed pastries. The place is convenient, handicap accessible, and kid-friendly.

On a delightful spot, tucked away where you might not find it sits this bakery and cafe. Your GPS will take you close and then you can ask the rest of the way at the mechanic's shop next door. If the weather is nice, grab your grub and head outside to the picnic tables. The curried chicken sandwich is so... More

Tucked away from the Main Street so you would not always know it is there, but this place is a hidden gem. Of course, the bread is delicious.....you would expect that from a bakery. But the rest of the rest of the food is terrific too. Custom built sandwiches, delicious soups, light salads and quiches........everything is good. The only issues... More

This is a terrific place for lunch. They feature many original sandwiches, or you can design your own. Lots of juices and coffee. Also very attractive cupcakes. While there, pick up some really good bread- there are many kinds.

The staff were helpful, the food is generally nutritious (it is, after all, a bakery), and its tight quarters are offset by an outside deck in the warm months. There could be more parking room, but its busy-ness is an indication of its well-deserved popularity.

You smell the bread long before seeing the entry to this amazing bakery. I love stopping in for a soup - always served with a slice of their freshly made bread, and a latte. The biscotti - if you get there in time - is worth going off the diet!! The waffle bar is a HIT with guests and kids.

The Pugliese bread is the best around! I had to stop my husband from going too often because we all ate too much bread...

I don't have much to add that hasnt already been said. The location is sketchy but the food is very good. Once inside the atmosphere is really cool. The staff were very nice and gave my son 2 pieces of american cheese for free. He is gluten free and they didn't have GF bread but we had some with us.
