Food is quite nice, but not the service

We experienced some of the worst restaurant service... Ever. 45 minutes after being seated we had not one ounce of food on the table. So when we complained to the manager... All our food came out at once....salad, appetizers, mains. We got the wrong pasta, never got any grated Parmesan, and ice... read more

This restaurant is at the end of a strip mall and they have plenty of seating, inside and out. I chose to be seated inside but it looked very nice on the patio dining area. There is a bar inside. The wait staff dress in black, very professional and are very attentive. My waiter offered several suggestions and I chose... More

Have been going here for 20+ years. Reasonable prices for fresh and very tasty Italian dishes of good quality (Same costs but FAR superior to nearby Pappa Razzi). Can always count on enjoying a casual meal with friends or hubby when too tired to cook after work. Can get noisy on weekends as acoustics aren't great so we tend to... More

I am very surprised by the negative reviews here. I have eaten here twice over the last two years and both experiences were wonderful. My meals were prepared for a private family function so we did not have access to the entire menu but the meals that were prepared were hot and tasty.' I had Eggplant Parmigiana on the last... More

Imagine something that looks like focaccia but has the consistency and taste of a plain donut. Then imagine it covered it with lots of kosher salt and served it with a plate of highly salted olive oil. That's how a meal at Vincenzo's begins. It should begin with the wine you ordered, but you'll have to wait a while for... More

Pleasant atmosphere though a bit noisy for conversation. Service is OK. BUT, the food is terrible. Very bland. Dry. It should not be hard to make eggplant parmigan. Perhaps the worst Italian food I have had in a long time. And overpriced for what one receives. Do not recommend.

I'm been a regular for years so perhaps my take on Vincenzo's will be considered biased but I'm a regular for a reason: consistently good food, good service and close to home. I've read the reviews and I'll agree that, as at any restaurant, there have been some gaffes in service and, on occasion, I've sent a plate back to... More

This restaurant has been around for more than 10 years, so you would think it must be good to survive since it's in a small surburb. It was always my husband's choice when we wanted to go outlast minute, but rarely my children's vote unless they were looking for something from dad. My only complaint was that it was loud,... More

Haven't been here in a year or so - and now I remember why. The food is reasonably good. Flavorful, decent variety nicely presented, but we won't go back. We relived all the previous negative reviews about the service and wait staff. Inattentive and borderline rude - not to mention our dinners arrived 45 minutes after salad plates were cleared.... I really have a hard time understanding how this place stays in business. I guess it's because there are few choices in town. We ordered some salads and two pastas dishes. The salads were skimpy and the pasta was terrible. The staff were very unfriendly. It's time for a change.
