This restaurant is part of a small chain which was purchased two years ago by new management. Whenever you have new managers they feel that they have to "change" menu items to improve the bottom line. Naturally there is some tripping along this path as you eliminate old favorites, thus upsetting regular patrons. They even did way with the old... More

After having dinner at Papa Razzi in Concord several times, we chose to have our daughter's graduation dinner there. It was excellent. We had 25 guests (including young children) in the Alcove; service was excellent; food was very good; the staff was very nice to the children. We couldn't have been more pleased with the whole experience.

Stayed next door and wandered in thinking we'd find a pizzeria. Not! Menu is varied and reasonably extensive, food and prep excellent, but service was lacking - no grated cheese, water or waitress after food was served, and no one around for a good 10 minutes. Still, the food was good enough that we found ourselves there again two nights... More

They will not be doing business for very long, in my opinion. I had a great meal there a long time ago on several occasions, in Cambridge. Was so excited to visit it again. New menu, very limited, asked for my pizza extra well done, came to me "under cooked"!!! Was not the same great pizza I remembered!! My friends... More

This is so much more than a spaghetti spot. Great menu. Stayed next door in the hotel, weather was bad so we walked to dinner. So good we went 3 times during the week. I was never disappointed. Food was excellent, the salads and bread could have been a meal by themselves. Staying that close allowed us to have an... More

Booked table in advance through open table but still had to wait 20 minutes on arrival for a table. Not a good start. Food was good however we were left alone by server. Never offered grated cheese for entree, had to flag someone down to request more drinks. They certainly could have done more to engage us, we would have... More

Celebrated my birthday with family. They are very attentive, although they do nothing for your birthday! Food is always fresh, drinks are fabulous, salads are terrific!

This location of Pappa Razzi began life as a HoJos Restaurant-Well, It's come a long way from there with well prepared Italian favorites and creative adaptations of classic recipies. This location is always busy, it has a large bar area where you can also dine as well as a separate dining area with quite a few tables. The service staff... More

Everyone was pleased with their delicious meal. Some required gluten free options .The staff made an extra effort to accommodate needs. We were amazed at the healthy kid's meal choice as well. The staff was efficient and attentive. The Host checked in on us more than once and took the time for a group photo. The only drawback for us... More

My first sign that this was not going to be a great dining experience was in the way the two servers assigned to my table didn't seem to know whether the other had waited on me or what had happened. But the meal was the real disaster, a pizza puttanesca with a crust that was nearly devoid of flavor. The... More
