I love Helen's - the food is good, reasonably priced, service is fast, and I can always find something to order that won't totally wreck my diet. Best of all, it's a good place to take kids - the waitresses have been extraordinarily patient with my grandchildren.

This place was recommended by locals and we were very happy with the food and prices. The Asian salmon salad was excellent, as was the chicken salad sandwich. Parking nearby makes it easily accessible.

The reviews here are mixed, but we decided to go. The place is clean and bright and the food was yummy (avacado-BLT and ruben). Noise was not a problem. I agree with the other folks that none of the people working here seem to be happy about it. Ironically one of the waitresses said something about teaching yoga as well.

We had dinner at Helen's. It was recommended by a local which is always a good sign. I had the walden Pond chicken salad sandwich and it was delicious and huge. I took half to go and had for breakfast the next morning. It's right in Main st. Near the Concord Museum and little park.

Having never visited Concord before we wanted to check out a local eatery. Upon walking in we did not know if we could seat ourselves or not. The hostesses looked so clueless and even though they made eye contact with us several times, they never helped seat us. We had to end up seating our party separately. because they staff... More

If you ever come to Concord, MA, stop by Helen's restaurant. It is owned by a family that has pictures of the restaurant from its beginning. It is fun, the food is very good, and the wait staff are friendly and wonderful. It is frequently crowded, which shows how popular it is. There is no liquor license, but the place... More

TripAdvisor failed me on this one. It was a disappointing lunch. We actually would have gone to another place but they had a line. Fries seemed to be fresh-cut and were good except 1/2 of them were clearly from an earlier batch and were lukewarm. My wife had the hamburg; it was OK...honestly not as good as a Wendys. They... My husband and I had lunch at Helen's today. The lettuce on my hamburger was spoiled. Brought it to the attention of the waitress who completely ignored the comment. Asked to talk to the supervisor who also did not seem to care. Never again.

Fantastic spot to load up on heavy fuel for a day of hiking the Battle Road trails or walking at the Old North Bridge! Coffee and a stack, plus eggs and the works - all reasonable for a tourist town. No bells and whistles - just efficiency and a good breakfast. Bright and friendly!

Ate here twice and overall average for the food. Waitresses are very friendly. Cooks are not. Competition down the street at the market cafe serves better breakfast.
