Not to missed when staying in Siguenza. One of the best, if not THE BEST Spanish meals we've ever had.

We really enjoyed the service and the food at Nola. My husband had probably the best salad we have ever had. The waiter recommended a good wine. I had lamb and it was perfectly prepared?

The 2014 Spain and Portugal Michelin Guide has the cheek to categorise this restaurant as a one fork (not a one star) establishment. OK, forks are for comfort, not food, and the restaurant is perhaps a little claustrophobic, as one reviewer pointed out. But nonetheless, the guide does not do it justice. As the restaurant has only been open for... More

This is the best choice for a meal in Siguenza. It is almost next door to the Parador and it offers, much better food, service and prices. We had the menu of local migas with iberico bacon topped with a slow poached egg and it was a pleasant deviation of traditional migas preparations. The slow roasted and pressed lamb with... More

The food here is OK, with some very good dishes, but a bit confused between traditional and modern and also placed somewhere between luxury tapas and miniature restaurant cuisine. The restaurant itself is quite small and also below street level so that my wife found it quite claustrophobic. Probably the best way to overcome this is to find a table... More

Just a few steps away from the Parador, this little restaurant was spot on, friendly staff, simple menu, not a lot to choose from, but very correct, everything tasted good, excellent dessert (torrija), not too expensive overall.

We were staying in the Parador at Siguenza and booked for the restaurant until we looked at the reviews and changed to Nola. Being English we were the first to arrive (9 seems late to us). Atmosphere a bit lacking and we wondered if we'd decided wisely. We ordered I the food. Slow cooked eggs and roast beef salad for... More

The service was with a happy, friendly smile from people you really felt wanted to serve you enjoyable and satisfying food. With a choice of two taster menus my husband and myself took differing set menus each so we could indulge and nibble at each others course, and what an indulgence it was. I had the very captivating traditional Iberian... More

This is the best restaurant in Singuenza. Small and perfectly formed we both had the menu degustation at 33 Euros and this included wine, water and bread and all taxes with four excellent courses. We had gazpacho, followed by risotto with mussels, then secret de iberica ( wonderful pork) followed by a stunning desert of mango and cream. We could... More
