Two words: Salmon Chips!!

Hubby and I decided to come here after hearing so many great things about this spot. The food was pretty good, and the atmosphere, although a little noisy, was different and pleasing to the eyes. The lighting was dim which was great. We had the salmon chips for our appetizer and they were... read more

Two Urban Licks is in an old nondescipt converted warehouse. It's easy to miss as the signs are small. There is no self parking...everyone must use the valet. It has the feel of an old illegal speakeasy where you have to know the secret code to enter. Once inside you are transported to another world. The ceilings are high and... More

An amazing visual setting in a huge old loft on Atlanta's Beltline that has had people lining up for years. The place is so serious about wine that they have 2 distinct wine lists. One is a highly curated worldwide bottle list and the other "wines on tap" list with over 60 wines by the glass or in small, medium,... More

Wow! Our first impression. Then downhill. Our server delivered our bread. ONE basic ciabatta roll (not as good as ciabattas from Costco) wrapped in a dishtowel along with a chile infused olive oil for dipping. Just ONE. if you're having a business meal or first date, I guess you have to decide who takes their hands and pulls it apart... More

I wanted to like it. I'm into places with small plates, and that try to make things different. However, this place has gone to far. Luckily, we took an Uber there, so we didn't have the parking issue others did. Trying to get through the crush of people was a little crazy. There was a very odd smell. Like gas.... More

Very good dinner. The food was fresh and prepared in a upscale manner. I had the brisket with a red wine reduction for instance. A nice change from just BBQ and the brisket came out in a nice slab. The salmon chips and crab cake are a great appetizer if you like something fresh and light to start the meal.... More

My wife and I ate at Two Urban Licks during a business trip. We were looking for a unique place to enjoy Atlanta and have a great meal. Two Urban Licks did not disappoint. The atmosphere is fantastic. Very trendy and fun inside. The gas lamp wall is really cool. The place was packed on a Friday night so our... More

We went for Valentine's Day 2015. We made a 5:30 appointment a week and a half before. We arrived to an absolutely packed restaurant at 5:35 and made it through the tight crowd to the hostess table about 5:40. Upon checking in, we were seated about 5 min later if that long. SO I must commend them for seating us... More
