Two Urban Licks - trying something different

My wife and I traveled to Atlanta Georgia on a business / pleasure trip July 2015. The hotel concierge recommended this restaurant to my wife as having good food and live jazz. Amazing ambiance and great food to share with friends or even on a date. The staff is very friendly only recommendation is to have a reservation if you are with a party of 5 or more we had to sit at the bar because we did not have a reservation. This place is a must you will not regret it

Went to brunch on Sunday. Prices were quite high and food at best was okay. Service was good, music from a duo was very good. Frankly, I don't know what the draw is. The neighborhood isn't so great, inner city, and for sure I wouldn't go there after dark. Valet service for parking is not an option; they do the... More

Celebrated my boyfriends birthday there. Made reservations and was promptly seated. We did arrive a little early so had a chance to enjoy the bar while we waited to be seated. The salmon chips and TWO punch was a great kick off to what was to be a wonderful dinner. Live music was playing and the place was super busy.... More

Delicious food, not the best place to bring vegetarian friends but they do have seafood options. I have been here multiple times and it continues to be one of my favorites in Atlanta. It is a great place to bring visitors and has pretty good views from the outdoor seating area. Recently, we had DJ as our server who was... More

We went to this restaurant from the advise of Josh, the Front Desk Rep at the Hotel and I was a little turned off by the name but when we arrived there was a sign that stated no self parking so we had to use valet which was FREE we just had to tip them when we left (optional). We... More

This is a place to "see and be seen". Its frquented by hipsters as well as young fashionistas and the boys who are drawn to them. We went with another couple who are over-40's and found it interesting people watching. Our server was competent but a little overly familiar. Service could have been more polished and attentive. The drinks and... More

We were in town celebrating my wife's birthday. The atmosphere is perfect. The food is unique and fresh. The service is impeccable. There is nothing bad on the menu. The fish was fantastic and the appetizers to die for. Be a little careful if you don't like spicy food as the sauces are somewhat spicy

I had the steak. It was incredible! The service was very good and the atmosphere was fun. Nice place to take a client as everyone was able to find something great on the menu. I liked the old repurposed building and the light and fire touches along the dining room walls. The extremely high ceilings helped keep crowd noise down... More

Went to Two to celebrate my birthday. The whole setup is amazing... an incredible environment in an old warehouse, with the kitchen in the center of everything. Excellent service, amazingly fast, given the HUGE crowd. It's loud... don't expect much conversation. The appetizer was great (calamari), the wine was good, and the entree was ok-to-good. We both had the bar... More
