love that "wood smoke smell"

best ribs and sweet tea in town...chicken and beef is excellent too! very reasonable prices....packed at lunch and dinner time, so plan accordingly excellent service.....never a bad meal here. always a must stop for me when in the atlanta area

Server was friendly and value was there. I tried the barbeque omelet. It was small and scalded and the gravy I opted for was thin. Not the southern style I anticipated. BBQ flavor was good and the biscuits were hefty. I might try them for lunch instead.

Really love the brunswick stew. We have been going here forever and it's like a family tradition to meet for breakfast on the weekends. Bbq omelette and country fried steak and eggs both delicious.

perhaps atlanta's first bbq joint the old hickory house is today as good as ever. and that puts them in tall cotton. once there were many and now there are few, but the few remaining locations still serve a fine sammywich. i get mine outside sliced with about a half an extra serving of sause. two of these will make...
