We went for a date night on a Monday on a recommendation. We walked into a mostly empty restaurant with a sexy ambiance. We tried a couple of the beers which were good but we are actually wine drinkers so ordered a bottle. The waitress did not know how to properly serve it. We both ordered steaks that were cooked... We went here with a business group of about 20 people. The wait staff that helped us was great. Heaven help them for trying to please all of us, but they did. The food was average. I was a little disappointed that they did not have any other type of beer other than their own. All of their beer was... More

We went here with friends before a show at the fox for dinner and a few beers. In short, good beer, average food, bad service. Will probably not go again. Restaurant was about half full on a Monday night about 7:30, but we still had to wait about 20 minutes for a table. Half the tables were empty. Tried to... More

We went here because it was next to the Hyatt Place we were staying at. For $30 with tip we got a beer, a glass of wine, and 2 orders of fries. One was a garlic fry. It was all ok. Nothing I would return for. But all we had were fries.

Had lunch here waiting for a matinee at The Fox Theater. Have never been here, found it by looking it up in Open Table. What a find. Very nice ambiance, service excellent (server made great recommendations) and the food was fabulous. We shared mahi-mahi tacos, a chicken with bacon/arugula flatbread pizza, and the oh my goodness bread pudding...YUM! Also has... More

On a busy weekend night Gordon Biersch was one of the few places in downtown ATL that didn't had any lines or waiting time. We started with the beer samples, and I must say they make really good beer at this place (the brewery is in the second floor). Even if it's craft beer don't expect IPAs. They are full... More

The lobster mac and cheese was good. The homemade root beer and fresh squeezed lemonade was good. I had the Beer batter fish...the best thing on my plate was the tartar sauce. The beer battered fish did not taste of fish or beer, hardly any flavor at all. The slaw was bland, with a hint of vinegar. The garlic fries... More

The beer is great, the food is great, the service is only okay. It was a beautiful day so we ate outside. It was really hard to find any server to ask for another drink, etc. I felt like out waitress kept disappearing for long periods of time. We will go back as their garlic fries are truly addictive!

We went to Gordon Biersch in Buckhead because it was close to our hotel and had cold beer. We left having one of the best meals ever! Our server Sheldon was fantastic providing thoughtful recommendations. He took great care of us without hovering. Before we even left the restaurant I checked the GB closest to our hometown ....2 hrs ugh.... More
