3 of 5 stars Reviewed April 8, 2014 credit card Amex Card Member Review

We were expecting a really great experience, but didn't get one. The food was average. And the service a bit slow. Not the old Rathburn's.

Food was ok but not worth charging my card 5 times for almost $200 more than I spent. The only explanation I have been given is there is construction in the area and they will call me back. Meanwhile, I am waiting (still) almost a week for my account to be fixed. Don't accept credit cards if you don't have... More

The bacon appetizer paired with the lobster bites was impressive as it was perrrrrrrrfectly cooked and plated. Then the scallops and steak with the mac n cheese and spinach was a great place to hover in good conversation with our business friends. Long breaths and soon came the creme brûlée, frangelica and coffee. The service was good the food was... More

The food was fabulous, the ambiance cool and the service consistent. Definitely worth the trip! A little noisy with the open kitchen, but willing to tolerate it for cool-factor.

We trusted the server and had the duck and lamb. Both were incredible as was our appetizer. The sticky toffee desert was really good too.

Had a chance to go here on a business trip last spring and was very satisfied. Had a Pork Belly appetizer and Duck entree that were great. I would definitely return, the place has a good feel and ambiance as well. It was a little cool outside, so the outdoor seating area was closed, Being in sort of a warehouse... More

2nd visit to this very good restaurant with awesome service. Enjoyed the fish dishes that where tasteful prepared and with excellent wines. Special location with well designed interior.

If you don't eat anything else, get the Bacon Doughnut with Caramel ice cream. Best dessert in Atlanta and worth eating before dinner.

Overall, very good to excellent. But on the pricey side, and there were a few slips. Unlikely to be a frequent destination for us. Pros: Excellent service throughout, even on a busy night; attentive and cheerful even for small requests. Most of the food was very good to great, especially the steaks. Ambience is "city sophisticated", nicely done. Birthday note... More

This is the 6th year in a row we have started New Years Eve at a Rathbun's restaurant and have been thrilled with every meal. This year was not one of those experiences. Our biggest disappointment was the service-usually impeccable-mediocre to near bad this year. We were with another couple and were seated immediately, given wine lists and menus and... More
