Fantastic food

You will not be disappointed with the food and ambience. It's a little pricey, but definitely worth it.

My friend and I ordered an assortment of things to share. Shrimp & Bacon Hush Puppies: very good but small quantity. Flatbread of the Day was tomato basil. Pretty good but so thin it broke apart very easily. Crispy Thai Brussels, Cilantro, Nam Pla. Didn't even know I'd like brussel sprouts. This exceeded my expectation. Super good. Jerk Seared Ahi... The food at Rathbun's is consistently delicious....as well as the service. The restaurant has so much ...... Try the signature fried eggplant sticks topped with powdered sugar. Also recommended is the butternut squash soup and the smoked salmon tostadas. Most of the menu items are "small plates" and meant to be shared. The bread pudding is quite delicious...ask them to... Trendy upscale place on Krog street that was very busy on a Tuesday night. Excellent service - going out of their way to meet some special dietary requests. Appetizers such as charred octopus and eggplant fries were all very good. Entrees range $15-50 with large portions and side item included. Save room for desserts such as pecan pie topped brownie.

Very nice restaurant but busy. Rated only average due to the taste of the steaks. For the food to be so expensive the taste of the food just wasn't at the high standard I expected it to be. We've been to numerous steak houses and by far Rathbuns had the juiciest steaks but Flavor, grilled taste it didn't have. Potatoes... More

Went with a group of people that were visiting for a show in Atlanta. Our waiter was tops. Good explanation of the food choices and great discussion of what made each one special. I hate it when somebody tells you ALL of the dishes are the best. I ate the Seared Duck Breast Thai Risotto and found the risotto to... More

I haven't been in over a year, but have been many times before and have always thought of Rathbun's fondly. My husband and our 2 friends tried the special offering of 3 courses for $25. None of the courses I tried of theirs excited me enough to order any of them again. I ordered one of my favorite entrees, the... More

Went to Rathbun's during Restaurant Week, as we wanted to try it for the first time. The restaurant has a very up-tempo feeling and the booth we were in was large and comfortable. Service was excellent as well. For $25, we had a salad, main course and desert. My main was tri-tip and my wife had their cioppino. Both were... More

This is a wonderful new restaurant in Krog Street. This neighborhood is a happening place and Keith Rathbun has placed a great deal of thought not only to the menu but to the ambience. Everything was delicious. Across the street is the Krog Street Market which is great to brouse around the little shops.
